SP Grand Days

Location, food and courteous staff. Had a good stay. They have accommodated special request like earlier checking in.

Receptionist was welcoming. Ambience was awesome. Good city view and accessibility.

AC 6/10 Everything else 10/10 (Friendly staff, hygiene etc.)

The stay was as always comfortable and cozy. The food was spectacular and the breakfast was simply nice. I always prefer staying at SP grand days while visiting trivandrum.

The location is not good because of dense and fast moving traffic along the road in front. The food ordered from the a la carte menu was nice and tasty but the buffet breakfast leaves much to be desired. I had requested a non-smoking room and was accommodated on the 10th floor in a room with two single beds which was okay as I was traveling alone. The room and bathroom are dated and in need of a face-lift and some repairs. The bathroom floor tiles were scratched and the plaster ceiling over the sink seemed to be falling apart. The staffs were courteous and responsive. The receptionist arranged early check-in as my flight arrived in the morning.

Good location and decent stay. Staff was very supportive and nice experience. Quick Service and Veg options available, but you have to cautious because they use same Pan for Dosa and egg

Found it through make my trip itself. Hospitality was good. Food was good enough. Bathrooms can be more neat and can be improved

Hospitality is really bad, nobody is picking call for room service and if they do, they take forever to deliver the order

the shower was dirty and there were very few veg options available. the wifi password written on the keycard was wrong and the reception didn't pick the call even after trying multiple times. I wanted to order tea and breakfast in room but no one picked the call. otherwise the room was good.

Nice rooms good staff and comfort stay

Everything was fine except the checkout. Made us to wait for atleast 20 minutes like a at the reception to check the room before we leave. Finally they stripped for a small food stain in the bed sheet. We're a family with kids and it is quite understandable that kids are prone to make minor alterations. Never encountered this kind of in any 4 star or 5 star hotel chains we used to staye before. Completely belittled by their action and totally as guests. You should mention in your hotel listings that You are NOT KIDS FRIENDLY otherwise. The supervisor, you chose money over thoughtfulness.You/ management seriously lack professionalism.This incident made us not to revisit your property anymore.

Clean rooms, Great food with good quantity and quality. Roof top restaurant has great ambience, conveniently located with access to all city attractions within 1 to 2 kms including railway station, padmanabaswamy temple etc.

I had a wonderful stay at the SP Grand Days hotel. It was extremely comfortable, and I stayed alone, but felt completely safe—100% safe. The location is fantastic, right in Trivandrum and close to the railway station, making it very convenient. The rates were also very affordable, and the service was excellent. Whether it was room service or general assistance, everything was top-notch. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it.
