Room is clean and hygienic. Staff good. But no dining area. They said it was because of covid but that sounds strange considering every where else things are back to normal. They said they will serve complimentary breakfast in the room and it is pre-decided 2items. You have no option. Rooms are quite clean and hygienic.

Expensive food with but good north indian taste. Don't have own cook & kitchen, they have collaborated with nearby restaurant for food. So food delivery will take some time. Location wise it's on highway with ample car parking and it's little far from other main attractions of the city. But you will get clean beach nearby. All staffs followed covid protocols & temperature check. Rooms are well decorated with lights and they provide other utilities such as electric kettle which was very helpful for my kid's food preparation. Bathrooms are clean all bathrooms kits are provided in advance. Thank you!

The Spago Inn is on the main location, nearby to all the tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and the best part is the staff who were very helpful. My daughter got sick and the manager really went out of the way to help us in getting the medicine. He helped us with all the possible means. The breakfast was amazing and upto the mark. If anytime visiting mahabalipuram, would love to stay in this Spago Inn. Thanks to all staff for making our stay a memorable one

We stayed at Spago Inn as an overnight halt at Spago Inn on our way to Pondicherry. It's a new Spago Inn with very well managed basic facilities like neat and tidy room, bedsheets, towels, toiletries, hot/cold water, etc. The ambience is pleasant and is merely 2 km from city center. The Spago Inn is value for money and perhaps the best in its class. The staff is courteous and up to the mark for each and every request.

Spago Inn is conveniently located on the highway, near to lot of restaurants and tourist attractions. The Spago Inn was beautifully decorated with flowers and lightings, good for selfie 😀 Rooms are neat and clean. Cons: bed was not confortable in my room, but it was fine in other room booked. As the rooms are next to highway, the windows have to be closed for sound proofing that made me feel little suffocating.

Great location as it is right on the highway, at some distance from the tourist attractions though. Nice clean rooms, bathroom. Courteous staff. No electric kettle or tea kit in room. Parking is right outside the Spago Inn on the roadside, there is no boundary wall. They have some space at the back of Spago Inn, but we parked on road only. Overall nice experience. We did not have food here.

- any food ordered is bought out from some local shop. - the location is on the highway, not many options for food! there are 2 restaurants nearby, the price is on the higher side but the taste is good - room size is okay but the bed has worn off, i literally could feel the spring inside it. - room cleanliness is terrible, full of hairs on the corners.

Staff behave very polite manner. Ambience is good in deluxe suite room but beds was getting smell slightly even after the housekeeping done. Food available with compact menu and little high price. Taste is good. Hotel situated before mahabalipuram entrance so there will be no traffic sounds, calm and peaceful. Overall rating i can give is 4 out of 5

Good Spago Inn, good food, nice and helpful staff

Was clean neat, service was excellent in ecr. Enough parking front and behind Spago Inn, walkable to delhi dhabha and 2 other restaurant. Ttdc is just opposite. Only constraint is to mahabalipuram need a vehicle or ola, auto.
