The stay was good though there were many maintenance issues. Many things needed maintenance like in the toilet, toilet pan was leaking, and was stinky. Rooms were not cleaned after requesting. The common kitchen was not cleaned properly.But I should mention. Mr. Ankit who not only took special care and was very coperative. We were given a small room initially but after request he changed and gave us a better room.Had a good stay overall but except better for next time.Thanks.

Location was absolutely perfect with all eatery options within walking distance from the stay. Room was well maintained and clean. Services were top notch and staff were friendly and duty bounded. Zero issues. Lovely, calm, clean and perfect in a budget place to stay in Navi mumbai. Worth stay rooms. Definitely recommended to all for future stays.

Location is superb very close to the market but yet very quite. The management was very cooperative. I did a mistake while booking and did not read clear instructions but they gave me additional room for zero cost and also adjusted for a driver room for zero cost. This speaks a lot about their service and understanding.

I discovered sparks-fly apts in mm t listing as budget friendly option for family it is located in a quiet neighborhood in vashi, with quick access to the highway the property is maintained well, thanks to the committed and courteous staff food. We did not avail this service

The area was good, quite and green. Near by plenty of shops to buy the needs. Bungalow is good and room also good. Bathroom is attached. It has kitchen, dining table, living room, ironing facility. Staff also good and supportive. Food was also good.

Good apprtment. Nice stay . Bathroom was not inside the room it outside the main door of the room . It should inside the room .

Comfortable peaceful. It's in a very good locality. Railway as well as bus station is 15 mins away maximum. In house food is tasty and hygienic. I would recommend anyone to book this. It's affordable and quality at its best.

Decent room, great ac, great location, good food, friendly host. Average washroom. Nothing to complaint about.

It was an overall nice stay in sparks fly in navi mumbai. The property manager and care taker was available 24/7 right next door.

It was great and way too spacious,well maintained having all the amenities.

This property is located in good clean residential area/very close to good food outlets/ shopping and close to highway and train station, staff is very friendly/wash rooms very clean. Parking/carwash available

I'd love to visit again, nice pleace, tasty and fresh food, no compromise on compliantary breakfast.
