1) there is no parking available, you will need to hunt for a parking spot on the street. 2) there is no lift/elevator and there are no rooms on the ground floor. 3) there was no one at the reception to assist us, we had to get help from the restaurant to contact the responsible person for check-in 4) there was no assistance to help us in moving our luggage up the stairs. 5) there is a bar downstairs and it was loud and disturbing as most of the people got drunk at the bar and then came upstairs to the hotel. 6) we had to change three rooms as one room had an issue with the plumbing in the toilet, the other room did not have the ac working, then the other room did not have the tv working. It was a complete mess. Regretfully to have booked a hotel as it was not at all up to the basic mark.

Very nice stay. Helpful staff, bablu was super nice, he was ready to help anytime. And very taste food special tangdi kabab and mutton biryani must try

food quality is awesome, location wise good as well

Very near to Alibaug, 1 km approx. Nice clean and decent property, caretaker was very friendly prompt to service.

Good stay in a uncleaned atmosphere. Stayed here for two days. No one came in the room for housekeeping for two days.

Location is good, Owner is very cooperative. Only 1Staff to give service & he is very good in behaviour, also polite. Only they need to work on cleanliness in rooms . Food need to order from outside if they manage to serve food then this will be good place to stay at reasonable rate

Hotel Spiceland having nice room and service and staff having only 1 gay as I see but he is very good and polite and silent. And hotel is having walking distance from varsoli beech. For deener and lunch other source is provided parcel service of Local area Hotel.

Worst ever hotel we visited in our life, room is too small, not main tined at all, bed sheet pillow covers were too dirty, toilet bathroom was smelling so bad fans regulator was broken, even main door was so loose that it was making noise whenever there was a bit airflow. There was only one staff for entire lodge. Don't book this hotel even for Rs 1000

Hotel room condition are good, staff service also good, Drinking water test like boring water not mineral water", Hotel location was good for friends and couples, Only 15 minutes distance by impersonal vehicle.
