SPOT ON Hotel Rk Residency Near MGBS Bus station

Bed was not properly maintained. Western type toilet was not there. Indian type toilet was provided towels, soap, shampoo were not there, lift was not working. Bed was shaking.

Worst room

The hotel though in a busy area has to improve the cleanliness and the water heating is no present in any rooms also the rooms look only clean but the walls and furniture are all pretty old and unclean in reality. I don't have images

Booked this hotel as this was cost effective for a solo traveller and the hotel photos were good . But upon reaching found that it was totally opposite of what I had imagined. No lift, garbage on each floor, no power back up, no working heater and the room doesn’t even closely resemble to what’s in the photo. So i just booked other hotel and checked out the next day even there was no refund option available. Highly advice not to choose this hotel even if you have to spend an extra few bucks.

Hotel was average. 1. Outside it is looking good but no lift it is dead. 2. No hot water. 3. Wifi rage was not good only 1 point signal. 4. Bed was good but bathroom need be maintained clean

Terrible stay at spot on rk residency in hyderabad. No hygine, no clean washroom. Not a single amenity provided like towel, soap, shampoo etc. Pictures shown are not real.

Horrible place. Manager said there is no booking from mmt on my name. I raised a complaint. I had to see for alternative. Hotel staff is very rude and said their manager didn't decline for booking while complaint resolving procedure. Place is complete different pics.

It's was worst place. Not a good place to stay no hospitality they charging extra even after paying full money in online
