SPOT ON New Balaji Residency

in my booking they mention including breakfast and two hours before check in but after taking room they say we aren't providing those two also I have to pay for 200/- rupees for early check-in

They supposed to give AC room but they demanded 1500 more for AC room , they given non AC room that too no hot water, no ventilation,air, proper water

One of the worst stay hotel is not clean, staff behaviour is not at all good, i also had breakfast included in my stay but they did not mm t customer care helped me a lot for changing my room

Stay was worst with respect to hygiene water facility and there was no parking. Staff was not responding

Amenities not provided, room not clean, washroom water tap block,

really pathetic experience , I never stayed such a dirty room and place in my life , They don't clean the room , split pan Masala , everywhere is beedi buds and panmasala on the floor I Don't recommend this Place .

Room was very dirty and it wasn't even clean atleast they should swipe the floor and make the bed clean so disappointed.

Can't explain in words just please don't go there it's nothing like as shown in the photos, just a very cheap class hotel

There no neat and clean and room not same as they shown before book on make my trip portal, no hot water, staff behaviour not good and they will not hear your problem also and pressuring to cancel booking. They called me that you cancel booking first and we will give you want the room otherwise all rooms would full already

Very bad one. Doesn’t match with provided picture in online hotel booking. Very dirty no room service, very bad smell, in bathroom no shower and water tap also not working, flush tank is broken, bed sheet also very dirty, all over very very bad, don’t go this hotel

Room was not allotted due to non availability and also money was not refunded

First day experience not good. Room change next day. Washroom is average. Bed is not good. Overall experience is not good.
