Spree Hotel Aurangabad

We arrived early morning and the Spree Hotel Aurangabad manager was kind enough to give us a room to wash and change. After checking in to our designated room in the eve, we found the room used and dirty. The fa was quick to shift us to another room. While it was good on their part, they're expected to know which room is ready before sending the guests in. The new room was ready, but had traces od dirt on the floor, cobwebs on the ceiling and a visible layer of dust on the wallpaper. And, apparently, the room's ac wasn't working, which we realized after returning from sightseeing and dinner at 1030pm. On raising this with the receptionist, the fa said that it was a known issue and that a technician would fix it the next morning. Imagine booking a 4+ star rated property, paying a decent tariff and then getting to experience this. This was the moment of truth. The issue of faulty ac looked small against the statement made by the foa. Why on earth would a Spree Hotel Aurangabadier allot a room knowing that it has a faulty ac! after much discussion, we were shifted to a new room at 1145pm. The ac was working, but the floor was dirty with shoe marks, wallpapers had visible layer of dust and cobwebs on the ceiling. Dead tired as we were, we overlooked the incompetency of the housekeeping and slept off. Breakfast had a decent spread. There were live items as well which were not conspicuously mentioned anywhere and we could figure out only when an attendant served a plate of masala dosa to one of the guests. The location of the Spree Hotel Aurangabad can get a bit tricky; it's ~8km from the railway station and falls outside the main city. So if you're looking for good restaurants, or a place to hang out in the eve or just to take a walk, this is not the best location. Overall, a decent property with good food, minus the location and substandard housekeeping management. For our personal experience, i'd give a 3. 5 of 5.

I was on a vacation with family visiting the world famous ajanta and ellora caves and grishneshwar temple. Booked a delux room in this Spree Hotel Aurangabad for 4 nights. The Spree Hotel Aurangabad is relatively new, 7-8 months old as i heard. So the property, rooms and amenities are well maintained. The staff is polite and attentive. Everyone starting from the reception to the restaurant is well behaved. Housekeeping staff does a good job of keeping the rooms clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet is worth every cent. The overall food at this place is tasty (we had dinner at the Spree Hotel Aurangabad as well. Not much to complain about. Overall a great experience.

Rentals make excuse and charge extra for service given at property location. It would be great value addition if Spree Hotel Aurangabad could add picup of guests arriving at odd stops. Food was good. Staff were curtious and supporting. Amneties were great but addition of room slippers would have been even great. Overall stay was great and recommended for longer stay also. Restaurant view is great and service is good. It would be great to extend timing up to midnight as it's situated on highway.

Stayed for 2 nights. This is close to nh as well as sammruddhi mahamarg with parking available, so people can easily get on with their journey after taking a break. Its a fairly new property opened just few months back so everything is spic k and clean. Staff is helpful and courteous. Breakfast doesn't have a large spread but food taste is very good. Ordered room service as well which was fast and efficient. Overall a good Spree Hotel Aurangabad to stay and i will surely return.

Service in the Spree Hotel Aurangabad is average. Water in the rooms was brought late many times. No welcome drink given while checking in. No help with the luggage while checking out. The guy at the reception was least interested in offering any assistance. Food is decent. Breakfast buffet spread was very good. Rooms are comfortable and decently large. Towels etc too not shared unless 2-3 calls were made for them.

The Spree Hotel Aurangabad is right outside city limits, near to the waluj industrial area. If one has to access the industrial area, this Spree Hotel Aurangabad is a good choice in the lower middle range. Rooms are big and neat and tidy. Restaurant serves good breakfast and meals. Staff is new and inexperience. Overall, a good Spree Hotel Aurangabad near industrial area.

Although the Spree Hotel Aurangabad is a little far from the city and on the highway, our stay was peaceful and comfortable. Finding the Spree Hotel Aurangabad is very easy. The room was big in size and we did not face any issues with the service or the hospitality. The breakfast is good and healthy. I would definitely recommend this Spree Hotel Aurangabad to others.

The Spree Hotel Aurangabad is newly built, very clean and tastefully decorated. In house restaurant caters to various dishes in veg and non veg choises. Those visiting for ajanta and ellora tour it is a very convenient location. Hotel is having a well equipped gym for fitness conscious. Parking is adequate. A value for money Spree Hotel Aurangabad.

Hotel rooms have good space, rooms were clean and food was good. Hotel has enough parking space. Staff was very cooperative.
