Poor maintenance, rooms are very dirty, food is also poor and there are many plumbing problems.

Badly kept property, everywhere you see dust and web. This place is more of mosquito's home than a place for us to stay They dont even have basic hygiene to keep cleaning materials in closed room rather they have kept it in walkway to room, not a one off instances but that's the place for them to keep brooms Highly priced and Unhygienic place

You have charged 50% higher tariff than the hotel, TV was in repair so they had to change to a different room. Linen was bad, not recommended

Room cleanness is OK OK. i came for breakfast by 9.30 to 10 AM and breakfast is not upto the mark. i have asked idly and they say it is not there. no bread, no chutney too.

Suite room which was booked had a Drinage clog issue and they couldn’t accommodated us in another suite room rather that gave a double room which is a lil downgraded version… food was ok, breakfast quality and spread was not good.. staff aren’t very responsive… ambience wise great place but a long way to be a 5 star
