Surprising, esp when v hav only one typical n similar rooms, how can v offer lower. Our rooms are same but diff is AC and no ac. We allotted one among same. Any way regrets mr Nair's comments

the hotel as confirmed denied it on arrival. then after 45 minutes of argument they provided us a room in another hotel nearby। one mr abhilash spoke with me overall the experience was not good. my guest from delhi was a doctor who came to see patient at kims but due to this we lost time. i think the hotel spring valley didn't had updated software and abhilash has been assuring to do the same but it never happened. so help the hotel to update your software.

This was a confused issue. The booking didn't get registered with hotel resulting in this. Sorry' for that and succeeded in accommodating nearby hotel soonest. Regret delay n inconvenience to customer
