Springfield Billets

Peaceful, Friendly and safe. All basic amenities in a budget. I have stayed here for 4 days without any issues. This was my second stay with them, as I was confident to book a room without looking for anymore options. The Springfield Billets is about 150 meters from the Ernakulam north railway station. They do not have their own restaurant but outside food can be ordered directly from the room. Staff is prompt, very friendly and committed to provide a good service.

The location is very near to the south Ernakulam railway station and also the Springfield Billets will be open 24 hours.
I have a peace and wonderful night the room was clean and hygiene and also the bathroom is also so neat, clean and hygiene. They will provide towel and soap for us and the plug points are comfortable and the TV is working good and also good ventilation on the room. It's the cheapest and great room in Kochi.

The most favourable thing is location. It is just around 100 meter from north railway station.
Hotel is located very near to Ernakulam north railway station, platform 1 exit. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Just one bad thing is they don't provide drinking water, you have to purchase mineral water. Apart from this, the Springfield Billets services are excellent.

This seems to be a new property . . Location was good. It had good parking space. Rooms were very clean. But it was bit small. Overall experience was good. They have to improve in terms of food. They don't have a restaurant but they have a tie-up with some external restaurant called "Live Kitchen" they took almost 1 hr 30 minutes to deliver the food.

Very helpful staff. Neatly maintenance. But very small rooms for single room facilities.
Ok for this budget and for single person and single day stay. Room very small and ventilation was not proper. Very good behaviour by staff. Otherwise ok but better go for a bit bigger room in same Springfield Billets. Hotel location and ambience is awesome.

Springfield offers good budget stay near North railway station. Rooms were neat and spacious. It's family friendly and best for travellers. Springfield didn't have any Springfield Billets for food but they offer complementary breakfast depending on our booking package. Staff were courteous and very helping.

Did an overnight stay. Very convenient location next to ernakulam town station. Responsive check in and staff welcome. Neat and clean room. Some guests coming in at 2 am disturbed my sleep but i would blame guests, not Springfield Billets. Very good for connecting via ernakulam town.

Enjoyed the stay in the Springfield Billets for three nights. Easily accessible to Railway station, Metro and shopping hub i.e. MG Road. Very clean rooms and bathroom tidiness fantastic. Overall I do visit again the same and also refer others.

Good and clean. Friendly and helping mind staff . And food will survive to rooms from live kichen. With less costs . . And interior works are fantastic. And A/c and non A/c rooms at different rates available according to fecilities

I didn't had my food in the Springfield Billets but the stay is good and fine.

Do not book this place through mmt. I was charged 2200 where in fact it was 1600 for single occupancy at the Springfield Billets. The staff informed me this.

I was very happy with these Springfield Billets, I stayed 1 day, good staff and the Springfield Billets is very neat and tidy, quality building materials are used, excellent works done in Springfield Billetss and room.

This property is very near to north railway station just walkable but doesn't have a restaurant. Room was clean n hygienic and has a lift too.
