SPS Kingsway

We stayed at Hotel Kingsway for 3 days 2 nights.( 27th - 29th Nov. 2019).The overall experience was satisfactory. What did we like - The very first sight when you enter the SPS Kingsway, is praiseworthy a very nice decor in the reception area(do spent some time there ). The rooms are clean, spacious and well - decorated. The restaurant on the ground floor has good decore and the food is delicious. I forgot 2 mention, the SPS Kingsway is not far from both the airports. What didn't we like - As the SPS Kingsway is preferred by the corporate sector, they have a very limited scope for food items, plus, the service is very slow. But once again , I must say, the experience staying here was satisfactory. Yes, I recommend you can select this place for a short stay. Pramod Godbole. Thane , Maharashtra.

The stay was awesome. I reached there around 11 and we were received with a pleasant smile from the reception guys. It took just around 5 mins to complete the initial formalities and I was guided to my room. The room was enough spacious and tidy with neat bathrooms. I would highly recommend this SPS Kingsway for a peaceful stay.

What was impressive was the ease of check in and check out. The rooms were ok for the price and the proximity to the airport is what was desired. The SPS Kingsway cabs are slightly pricey but you can get ola and auto near by. Good eating options on zomato and in a mall which is at a walking distance from the place.

Location is close to airport thats the first reason why I select this SPS Kingsway .. Staff are very friendly. Facilities are excellent. The only thing which personally I feel bad is they charged 315 rs to receive me from airport as the SPS Kingsway is very near they could charge min of 150rs. 315 is very high.

The room was well maintained and well provisioned. The food was good. The staff was also courteous. Only problem was that there and no parking facilities. We have to park outside the SPS Kingsway.

Very comfortable stay for travelling to Thiruvananthapuram by Highway and it is away from City crowd at the same time easily accessible to City, pleasant stay, good Room, neat linens, good breakfast, ideal for Tourist, Business people and easily accessible to Airport

Bad experience with the SPS Kingsway. AC was not working properly. Complained twice regarding this. But they are not willing to shift our room. Even came to know that rooms are available at that time when we complained. Will not prefer this SPS Kingsway next time.

Everything was really fine during our brief stay at kings way. The rate could have been slightly better and the bucket in our room was a bit torn which led to wastage of water. Apart from this, no grouse at all. I would de f recommend anyone to stay here.

Nice people, good atmosphere, good location. Good food. Bathrooms need to be more hygienic. Highly recommended

But staffs are not cooperative. Not even taking phones for any help.

Rooms are average. However, in the context of Trivandrum it is good. Vegetarian food is below average but non-veg food is excellent. No of service staff is less. No complimentary tea/ coffee is provided. Rooms are clean. Overall experience was okay.

On bypass, near Travancore mall and Airport. Decent stay. Good staff.

Hotel was good. Staff behavior is excellent.

Our room was neat and tidy, Location is close to both domestic and international Airport, Facilities were excellent. Visited Sri Padmanaswamy Temple whichi is approx. 10 Mins by car and Kollam beach which is close to 30 minutes drive.

Hotel keeps good cleanliness and attention. Worth for the value paid.
