SPS Kingsway

Not at all comfortable stay. There is some Exhaust Sound and vibrations coming from lower floor. When checked, we were told that exhaust will only be stopped from 10:30 PM to 6:00 AM. Property needs major maintenance, washbasin was leaking.

The hotel is located very conveniently, close to the airport. Rooms are clean and spacious and overall I had a good stay

very bad toilet amenities, no propper serving of complimentary breakfast. bad restuarant service,.....

SPS kingsway is good enough, located near to railway and airport... service is ready good...and the restaurant meals are well prepared

Very worst experience don’t book room from this hotel. They charge extra bed for 800 rupees but the curtains are very bad

It was ok. Changed two rooms because AC was not working in one room and in second room AC was leaking water and one part of room was with leaked AC water. Finally after going up and down settled in the third room which was ok. Food was Average. Done

I am very thankful to Kingsway SPS staff and and all the hotel staff they were very polite and humble apart from this cleanliness and all the things served diligently

Great stay. The staff is wonderful and polite. They helped me a lot in settling down and food preferences were kept in mind for breakfast. I had a good experience staying there. location is great as it's close to tourist locations as well as local markets. The mall of Travancore is just walkable distance away and Lulu mall is just 10-15 min ride. I was there for work, so wifi service in the room and conference hall is excellent along with continuous service from the staff for any amenities or snacks. Overall had a good time.

Good room and location was easy to access not give any complimentary breakfast but provide all amenities in the room like 2 bottle of water and all other things

Convenient for Air Port passengers on transit. Accommodation and food are average. Car parking inside is mostly occupied by bar customers.

Gave my room to another person and said no rooms available and send me and my family to another cheap hotel for stay. Management saying - i cannot refund your booking. Pols contact make my trip. Very cheap behaviour

We stayed there for a night and the room was comfortable and the bathroom was big and very clean. The location is close to airport and kochuveli station

The property is located at a convenient location near to the airport. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are very neat and clean and even the linen and towels are also neat and clean. The restaurant is also good.

Smelly toilets, no hot water, rusty marks on linen. Staff was good in service. Stay was not pleasant as expected.

The stay was ok. It was clean and ambient rooms. Worth the money. Tv was not working but they were ready to provide new room. Overall it was a great stay
