No kitchen no room key only one person handling property. No laundry if you are looking for it. If you are looking for near to city it’s little far away for it.

They asked to pay extra and said it was way too less. I was travel-ling internationally and had to stay overnight but worst experience. They made me stay in room with no key- stating that it cannot be opened from outside. I said i am a girl and its not safe but they went on to say that there’s no one here. I had to change my hotel and go to different one

Wrong rating of the property. It's rating should be in Negative - 3.The behavior of Manager was very much Rude.So didn't stay in the property even paying the full booking amount of Rs. 6251.00 in advance. Never had such a bad experience.

Don't book hotel better than here staying in better' really horrible experience, it's not a hotel it's lodge

No telephone no way to contact any kind of room service if you want anything go down four floors to get that

1) not proper service 2) not a good lunch or dinner 3) fewer bath accessories 4) water coming from the window 5) wrong hotel name

Room was very small so was the rest room. Poor service. No in house food available. Should provide space

Room are not clean, lot of mosquitoes, no phone for communication, non working television not proper air-conditioning, overall very bad stay

The hotel was good. The room service facilities were also good. The staff was friendly and nice. We had a comfortable stay. It was a good overall experience as rooms were affordable.

Main thing is that it' was near airport pls don't take cab from hotel because they are costing three times of ola or uber. Overall stay was good

As it’s closer to the airport it’s very convenient to stay there for the night. Good clean room & bed and courteous staff.

hotel is not good food is not good. no maintence in hotel

The hotel is located near the airport but is misrepresented as being only 340 meters away whereas it's 10 km away. They will offer to send a cab to pick you up but the cab is just some random car that takes ages to arrive. This property is known as hotel cosmopolitan which was recently acquired by the current set of owners and the staff has no issues if you complain saying something like you can write whatever review you want we are not bothered.

Faced lots of challenge in finding the hotel location. Even the manager said its around 1. 5 km but it was around 8 km.

That hotel no service for anything, -no cleaning for rooms. -towels were horrible, if anybody can use he will have skin problem. -glasses not available. - food was pathetic. -they have not given cab for airport in early morning that too after commitment. Overall its a horrible experience. Thanks. Do send your representative before on-boarding any hotel for experience

The hotel is still under construction and it is open to customers. All the staffs are lack pathetic. They will not provide room key to the guest and using same key to lock all the rooms. There is no security at all for our belongings. Never ever prefer this hotel.
