1. Very Bad Behaviour 2. Hindi, English Bengali Language can’t understand. 3. Room services not available. 4. Bed and other related issues. 5. Bathroom not good, without Geyser. 6. Total investment loss in this property. 7. Etc….

Poorly maintained unit

My 1st experience with homestays was very bad. I opted for a premium suite and the room was not even close to a standard room in any 2 star hotel. There is no one in the unit to receive you. This apartment is present inside a society that is managed by a hotel group. However, this particular unit is not managed by the hotel. We were made to wait at the entrance gate for 20 mins before the host received us. The guards misbehaved with us as we are staying for free. The caretaker was drunk and didn't pay any attention to our comfort. He handed over the apartment and left. No toiletries were provided and we kept calling him for assistance but he never received the call. The building is not maintained and looks haunted. No one was staying in that block except us. The main door doesn't lock properly
