Hotel is ok.,but no restaurant in the hotel premises,this is main drawbacks,we won't get.room.service any thing ,even telephone intercome is not attended by hotel reception,but.room is good ,but small not spacious,and more over no lift facilities, if we take.room in 2nd or 3rd floor we are gone unhealthy by going up and down

We had a mixed experience at this property. The room was good, and the bathroom was well-maintained in terms of hygiene. However, the property's location on the roadside and the parking arrangements were major concerns. The parking area was not only limited but also poorly maintained, with broken glass and plastic bottles scattered around. We had to wait for over 10-15 minutes to find a spot, and even then, parking was a challenge, especially at night. Unfortunately, one of the bottles even broke under our car's tire. The property needs to improve its parking facilities, ideally providing a secure and well-maintained area in front of the property.

Centrally located. Not far from the points. Rooms were ok. Cleanliness was average. Service was good. No amenities.

The hotel stay is good. The cost is little higher compared to the amenities which they provide but rooms are clean and staff is helpful. The bathrooms has some spider nets if they clean it then it would be better. Overall it’s good day.

Location wise it's 1 hr travel for ab-bi water falls and madikeri sight seeing places. Food options are limited and they will ask to go to next small tiffin centre next to hotel. I would not recommend to have breakfast thing in booking for this hotel. Hot water is also problem here and it's not continuous 24*7. We have keep on asking for hotwater on need basis. No room services for getting lunch or tea to rooms. Rooms are also very small.

I have stayed here during the new year. I had a good experience staying here. The room boy was very polite. 24 hrs hot water was provided. Wifi facility was there. And it is situated at a good place. Car parking was provided. Overall we had a good stay.

I had stayed in this hotel for 1 day, it was really nice experience, room was very clean and also they provided basic amenities like drinking water, bath soap, towels, working tv remote and hot water. This hotel is in centre of city and tourists places like dub-are forest, golden temple and chiklihole dam is very near.

Stayed for a day. Was nice experience. Room and everything was nice. Didn't expected that when we saw the pics in booking applications. Staffs were so welcoming and the rooms were neat.

Tv was not recharged. Shampoo and saving kits was not provided

The staff was co-operative. They helped to solve our problem. I stayed for only 1 day. The room was clean except the bed sheets. I’ll suggest staff to pay attention to this point. Except this, overall it was a good stay here.

The location of the property is good, calm & nearer to the main road. The staff was very cooperative. However the rooms they have are very small if you are staying alone then it is ok, but with a family of 3 it is very diff-to even move around in the room.

Kushal nagar is almost 30 kms away from madikeri(main town of coorg) it is plain area only. You should take hotels in madikeri if planning to visit coorg. Sree comforts was a fine lodge, proper cleanliness was there, room beds are good and big, lighting is good, staff is polite. Only bad thing with this is that it is not in madikeri

My worst experience in the trip stay in sree comfort. No words to say. Please change the hotel name. Please change the hotel name sir. Food is not available in the hotel. They are offering with breakfast in your app. They are buying the food outside of the hotels.

Booked during holiday season. 4 people + 2 kids below 5. Came to about 5k approx. We insisted on nearby rooms. They were kind enough to arrange this as it was available. We checked-in late at about 4pm. There was free breakfast but did not avail this as we were seeking for an early morning breakfast, as we had an early trip planned for the morning; the complimentary breakfast would only be ready post 8. 30am. The rooms were neat; a little congested; not much of an outside view to see since the property is located in a slightly busy area. The bathrooms are a little congested but ok. The 24 hour hot water facility is not up to the mark since we have to wait for hot water to come for more than 3 minutes, and, the water is luke warm only.

Very small rooms, no cleanliness, good staff, rooms and toilet were not up to the mark
