Good place but bad maintenance.

familyProperty is in a nice residential area. Not too far from central or egmore railway station. Rooms were big and beds were comfortable. Maintenance of bathrooms, taps, flush and other amenities is lacking. There is no specific cleaning done by staff during stay unless asked. Cutlery in kitchen seems to have been cleaned eons ago. Overall a good place if only maintenence was better. For the cost they charge, things can be better.

The apartment was comfortable and neat. Location is very peaceful away from traffic. Staff were polite and very helpful. Overall satisfied with the hotel apartment suitable for families
