Clean room, courteous staff, good food. Close to temple an added benefit. Overall a positive experience.

Front office staff is not able to hold their duty. Irresponsible for dealing customers need. Very bad experience. Hospitality rating is ZERO. Rooms are neat and clean. Complaints only for front office staffs (night duty on (6/11/2025) very irresponsible person. He did not suit for hospitality industry. Gokulam Management conduct training for these category people.

Front office service is very horrible. Gokulam Management, please educate your staff for good behave to guest. Make my trip offer free cost of additional bed/mattress. But Gokulam Sabari front office staff demand additional amount for providing bed/mattress. This will must inform you to Gokulam Management. Rooms are good and hygienic. But front office staffs behavior is not satisfactory... This is not good practice of hospitality industry.

service was not so good except restaurant since we was not alloted dental kit on paying this amount and we did not get the help from the service to buy this. Iam not sure if it is normal. Restaurant wash area was smelly and not clean. but really impressed with restaurant people service.

Required little more care on line ( bed sheets, bath towels etc. ) other wise everything excellent.

I stayed with my family in Gokulam Sabari hotel yesterday and my stay was very comfortable. Hotel is very neat and tidy. Staffs are very polite. Restaurant food is good. Above all its very close to temple in a walkable distance. Ample paking. Very close to the highway. An ideal place to stay. Every month we come to Guruvayur and say here.

The room was very congested, and bed sheets and blankets were old and dirty. Kids had allergic reactions. The restaurant and room service was good

Prime Location, Very Good behavior by staff, Adequate Parking... The room provided was quite congested for a family of four... 2 adults & 2 kids... size of bed was small... but neat and clean.

For the past couple of years we always use to stay in this place whenever we vist Guruvayoor temple. Friendly staff, clean rooms, ample parking space, their own restaurant and easy access to temple made this hotel favourite for us.
