Bed bugs was there, not at all slet at nightโฆ No support came from authority, no soap or filtered water provided. Toilet was unclean. Never suggest to anyone.

The fan was not working, dirty bedsheets, no mineral water, no hot water, very small bathroom

All the remarks he mentioned are not correct. He does not want to pay for mineral water and wants free of cost. Fan is working. bed sheets are neat & clean. We have 24 hours central heating hot water is available. We have offered A/C room, but not willing to pay extra. Request to remove his review.

As I booked the ticket, they didn't offer me proper services. Even after informing them 4 hours before about my stay, the room was not ready when we reached. They were providing the things when we asked for it. No water bottle was offered.

The place of the guest house and cleaning was good its in good climate. But last time when i visited they treat very well. But on this visit they refused to change the bed sheets and the cleaner enter into personal things. Such kind of words from the cleaner is very disturbing us. Owner should be tell some manners to him how to behave and talk with the customers.

The staff was very polite, friendly nature, nice facilities, the receptionist was very friendly nature, the other members treat very well and they provide our facilities nice place for stay and beds was very good and rooms are so nice and comfortable

It was a nice place to stay with couple. Staff behaviour is good but the only thing is they didn't change bedsheets and the geaser was not kept on in the early morning 6 a. M. Rest all are good
