Location is very nice it's just 1 min accessible from Matha. But should maintain cleanliness

Room ceiling damage, power will be off early morning, poor construction, better book SRS Matta room rather than this, poor road for parking.

Room maintenance not interested. Cockroaches are numerous. There is a water leakage in the room, spreading inside, and the windows are firmly closed.

The worst stay experience in Mantralayam. Please avoid as staff is not courteous or friendly. The rooms are filthy and stink a lot. The bathroom fitting are broken and the TV doesn’t work. They charge additionally for wi-fi. They say that the building is under renovation but this information is not available. The only positive point is that it is right next to the temple. However, walking a a few 100m to ensure you are well rested is more preferable than this hotel. Absolutely horrible experience.

One of the worst experience, not at all clean and they were literally drilling the walls whole day. Even after the guests requested to stop for sometime to rest it out. No one from the hotel were ready to solve the issue. Even rooms pictures are not as it is put up on the app.

Good.. The managment are good and helping nature. The rooms are very clean, budget friendly. Very calm inside.. They help us to explore the lacality..foods are good

The property is not maintaining there the rooms, they are in very bad shape, dirty rooms, washrooms, dirty bedding. We don't expect much in this price, but basic hygiene should be maintained. Only good part is extremely close to the temple.

I was sllotted 214. The rooms floor tiles were removed at many places. Toilet the flush does not work and the cleaning pipe had no jet at all. No bathing stool. Bedsheet was not changed. No drinking water Facility. No intercom phone. No foot mat. On the whole it was very dirty.

It is second time my stay in this hotel. It was good experience but I would suggest they should provide soap and towel. Moreover lots of bedbugs in the bed for which I can't sleep through out night.

Un clean, rat noises, smell, sticky bed. We changed the hotel. We booked another one nearby.

U fact no food is supplied by hotel.The location is very nearer to temple and food centres are also nearer to the Hotel.

Decent Stay. Close to Temple. An extra bed was made available if needed. Should look into cleanliness of room every day.

Pros: Convenient location right next to the temple. AC rooms and lift available. Hot water available. Cons: Housekeeping never came for cleaning during 3 day stay. Promptly at checkout they arrive to ask for tips. Noisy location. Also not very helpful front desk. TV cable was not working. They came to check but did not fix it.

Worst ever Stay Experience i had with my kids, need to carry our own pillows and bed sheets, because its totally unclean bead spreads and pillows. No privacy in rooms, i strongly wont suggest this hotel to anyone
