The service Guy was so good.. His name is Lucky.. The fact that the room was so far from srikakulam and they didn't mention it in the address was not acceptable... Electricity cut and hot water was the problem.. overall a good room for one night stay

service was good.. but unfortunately we experienced water leakage in our room while management promptly changed the room. unfortunately in the new room, we saw a big rat... created a bit of inconvenience Again management team responded fast

New property, well maintained. Toilets were clean. Room was big. Though the room was road facing, we could not hear any traffic sound as the windows had sealed glass. Overall pleasant stay.

Well maintained clean hotel and bathroom bad locality. No parking area. No restaurant. Friendly room boy. A little pricy for the amenities provided.

Dear Sir we are expecting 5 stars for my maintenance and locality. 1. The hotel is located near to Srikakulam Road Railway station road it’s 100 feet wide road and it’s 130 meters distance from railway station foot over bridge. 2. My hotel attached with banquet halls, my business based on banquet halls businesses. So we need plenty of parking, we have parking space for 100 cars, but all the drivers want to park their vehicles near to reception. We have 5 cars parking space near reception. 3. You’re mentioning no restaurant. It’s wrong we have Restaurent in my property maintained by third party, it’s getting 4.9 google ratings. how you decided no restaurant. My staff telling you took food from this restaurant. 4. My price is very low than our competitors for this amenity’s. My business based on good reviews so please upgrade your rating to 5 stars
