It's two bhk house, clean, spacious, comfortable beds, it can accommodate upto 6 guests (2+2+1+1) whereas 2+2 are with cots and 1+1 is with additional beds without beds. There are two common bathrooms. Car parking inside the property available on request but you need take out the vehicle by 7am as owners vehicle will take out their vehicles by that time. House was very good but it was difficult to find the food near by, you need to travel 3 to 4 kms for food, there are no Sri RajaRajeshwari Family Homestays near by. Swiggy delivery is available in that location. If you are traveling with little kids who need food/eatables frequently will suffer. Rest is ok just like rented house. Owner is good person and friendly. This property is on first floor, owner stay in ground floor.

Property is good and comfortable. The owner also tried his best to help every-time needed. But the location of the prperty is in outskirts of madikeri and we struggled to find it. Also, no food provided by property and cooking is also not allowed. Swiggy/zomato was also not delivering to the location when we checked and there were no nearby shops in walking distance. For tea, food, snacks you have to either get parcel while teturning from your sight-seeing or just eat outside and come. The owner gracefully agreed to bring and deliver us food from outside shop on payment basis but we managed ourselves as mostly we were outside and stayed in the property only from evening till morning.

The homestay was well sanitized. We took sometime to locate it. The owner was very well behaved. The was some issue with the inverter. The owner solved it immediately. Tourist please check with owner about sudden power cut, he will immediately help you and you will get the power back. The place was quiet spacious. The piece of view which we got from balcony was also good.

Place was really nice and clean, washroom, floor were also well maintained. Care taker was also very helpfull. Stay is really pocket friendly. It has enough of space to accommodate more people. We have booked for only 3 people but 7 to 8 people can be easily accomadate in this stay. It has kitchen as well if anyone wants to cook for their own also utensils were available

This a good place to stay if you go with family, budget friendly option, as most of the time we spend out side the house. Initially it takes time to get used to the routes to reach this place, we should have personal vehicle or take bike on rent to commute. If you are group of batchelors who want to party till late night, this is not the place for you.

The property is well located within the town and easily reachable with the directions hosted. Property has two rooms, a hall and kitchen which are very well maintained. The huge flex is the caretaker of the property. He guides the guests accurately and provides required information. For food, one has to order from nearby restaurants.

This homestay is located near most tourist spots in madikeri. It is peaceful and the stay is very nice. Rooms are clean. Has facility for parking vehicle. Has 24/7 hot water supply, tv etc. Rooms are nice and spacious. Worth the money. The road to reach this place is very bad. Otherwise, this is the best place to stay, at the rate.

Homestay is around 3kms from madikeri center. It has a hall, dining hall, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom/toilet and a seperare toilet. Bedrooms are spacious. It was a pleasant stay for us with family. Just a note, road to reach the homestay is mix of deep steep and raise, so need to be extra cautious while driving in car.

We four (with my wife, daughter and son) spent two nights and came back chennai with pleasant-stay experience. Owner and his son were observed gentle and humble. A little away from the market area, but very good in terms of calm stay. We enjoyed the coorg trip and stay in a natural lap.

Vfm home stay with essential amenities

Every aspect of the property was excellent except for the main door that could not lock all the way from the inside. We had to use only one latch at night. Felt insecure.
