Sri Rams Residency

Location is convenient, about 50 meters off a main road on a side street. No need to drive through narrow streets except the last 50 meters. Good eateries are about a few hundred meters away. Can walk to the main temple if time permits (20-25 minutes). Is a new property, not many locals may know about the place. Hence suggest noting the location on map before travelling. There is no restaurant on premises, but room service is available (they order from a partner restaurant). Rooms are compact but convenient enough for a short stay. Bathrooms and fittings were modern enough. Was concerned about parking but is not an issue. Parking is available right across the road from the Sri Rams Residency and is spacious enough. The property itself is very compact, small lobby, elevators and rooms but they are well finished. There are some steps to get to the main lobby. Overall, a convenient compact Sri Rams Residency for a short trip. Is not a luxurious star rated property but is convenient, compact with modern amenities and fittings and fine for a short stay.

Had booked 2 standard rooms for a family trip rooms: the rooms and the Sri Rams Residency overall was top class - clean, hygienic and very well maintained. Clean bathrooms, wardrobe, tv, electric kettle set, chair. The rooms are designed well with adequate space. The lighting in the room was very good with lighted wardrobes and mirrors. Parking: car parking is available at a distance of 200ms from the Sri Rams Residency. The parking location is enclosed and safe. Wallet parking is provided. Location: it is quite near to the kamakchi amman temple around 10 mins walk. It is a safe location in the main part of the city. It is best to take an auto to go around in kanchipuram as taking your car on narrow roads and looking for parking near temples might be a problem. Staff: they were very welcoming and supportive in helping whenever called for service. Check-in and check-out was smooth. The restaurant is not available with the Sri Rams Residency but they have a tie-up with a good restaurant

As property is new, rooms are very good and clean. However, breakfast was a packed food delivered to your room from a Sri Rams Residency which was not hot. There was no coffee or tea with breakfast. You have to use kettle and dip bags for tea making Vallet parking is not good. Only one person knows how to drive. If he is not there, you have to drive and park and in the morning it's put 100m away. Had to personally ask it to be delivered to the Sri Rams Residency entrance. They were expecting me to get the car from some parking lot even though they have vallet parking service. Basically they don't have knowledge on how to serve customer. If you ask them, they will do it. But it will take a test of your patience.

Hotel is in a very good locality with two famous temples in walkable distance. Standard rooms are not spacious but well maintained. Toilet is also very clean and neat. Lack of restaurant is a serious drawback, however room service is really good. The Sri Rams Residency is reachable very easily from nh without any hassle. The ambiance and atmosphere is very peaceful and enjoyable with a forest like surrounding. The staff is extremely helpful, supportive and very friendly. The roomsand toilets are very neat and clean. The restaurant is elegant and food is also very good

1. Hotel is new & 500 meters away from main road. This gives peaceful sleep in night. 2. Rooms are specious & has separate space to change the dress 3. Clean toilets & we got hot water all time 4. 700 meters to kanchi main temple & its walkable. 1. 5 km to ekambareshwara temple 5. Ground staffs are. Good & front desk person mrs. Nandini is very helpful. Hotel doesn't have kitchen but you have plenty of option to try outside. If i get an opportunity again to visit kanchi, surely i stay here. 5.

Excellent condition of room and Sri Rams Residency. Seems fairly new or really well maintained. No view from room but it is off of the main road so it is not noisy. Just down the street from a very beautiful old temple, vaikunta perumal temple. Designated a historic site. Great breakfast delivered to room adhering to dietary restriction. Though a bit spicy! would definitely stay here again!

Neatly maintained rooms. Relatively spacious. Bathrooms were clean with high quality sanitary ware. Concerns are car parking is 100 metres away from the Sri Rams Residency. No in house restaurant. But there is one 2 minutes away from the Sri Rams Residency. Stay was good with rooms having extra space to roam. No view from the windows though

The location is near to temple, they do not have a restaurant in the stay but have tied up with a pure veg restaurant which serves good food. The service is very good. They also help us in booking transport to visit all the locations we wanted to visit. The room was clean and didn’t find any issues. Very comfortable stay.

Room was good and staffs are very friendly. Property is in the central location and accessible to all temples. Staffs behavior are really good. Breakfast was also very nice. Cost is bit expensive. Overall it was a good stay

Hotel room has good facilities inside the room with ac, shower, tv etc food will be available on order, brought from other restaurant one trouble we faced is parking, neither wallet parking nor parking space is available

New property. Well maintained. It doesn’t have a restaurant of its own but they arrange for tea coffee from nearby restaurant. Coffee is good. Breakfast is also good

Friendly staff,warm welcome and well arranged room.The location is also very convenient.Though there is no restaurant they have tie-up with good restaurant for room service.

The property is new and is well maintained. The location is also great, as its within the walking distance of the kamakshi temple. Nearby there are lots of restaurants. Very happy with the stay

The Sri Rams Residency stay was excellent, all the facilities were maintained well. The Sri Rams Residency staff were courteous and helpful. Would recommend this Sri Rams Residency for any one who wants to stay in kanchi.

Rooms are clean and neat. Had there been a restaurant attached to the Sri Rams Residency for dine in as well as for room service it would have been better. Now, we have to totally depend on outside food.
