I have booked with breakfast. Had a poor breakfast (They buy from other restaurants)

Facilities not equal to rent value. Food facilities are very poor. They need to improve.

Good hotel close to the main areas of this temple town...good staff, clean and large rooms.But the main drawback is absence of a restaurant and real room service...even coffee is not available from room service( there is coffee maker in the room)

I recently stayed at Sri Rams Residency in Kancheepuram and had a truly pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Good stay, we took 3 rooms. All were neat and clean and in good condition. No in-house dining but they provide plate and spoons in room if you order food from outside

no restaurant or room service acailabke, however you can swiggy any time. rooms are neat and clean, toilets needs deep cleaning.

We were a group of 8 and booked 4 deluxe rooms. The stay and service was very good and very comfortable The location is also very good, rooms are clean, spacious and staff are very courteous. Thanks for the memorable stay..

Rooms are ok but Tariff is too high. No restaurant of their own. Water stagnation in bath room as well there is no odors in bathroom.

Stay in room and service is good. But please don’t expect fresh served breakfast as they don’t have internal kitchen they bring breakfast from outside which at all get cold after some time.

Location was good. Hotel was very clean & value for money. Overall excellent.

this hotel charged per night but towels are not hygiene, no shaving kit ,no dental kit , no hand wash , no body lotion and not even tissue paper available and in the hoteroom they provided plastic glases and they didn't even having crockery plates and dishesh they don't have kitchen they can't even supply tea . evrything we have to book through zomato and even they don't provide plates for eating. room service and house keeping zero. even intercom won't work. ita mere waste of money

Property location and room very good. But food needs improvement

Location is on an inner road not fair from the main road. Parking lot is on the main road and not in the hotel itself. No restaurant in the premises but a nearby hotel delivers. Opting for breakfast is not meaningful since you get a plate, admittedly large , but the food is cold and you're served in your room. All listed amenities are present. Cleanliness was not an issue at all. Room was reasonably large and bed comfortable.

first of all the room that i booked was different than what was given and thw bathroom is so small..you can't even turn around, and the water didn't drain while taking shower at all..it was bad shower...there is no place to sit and eat I'd we order food from restaurant and the restaurant nithyam amritham was horrible, they charge bomb for the bad food that they give...not a good stay overall...don't recommend this hotel to anyone at all

It was a pleasant stay in the property. Staff are fully supportive. Recommended it to all kinds of customers like family or business travelers. Breakfast tastes good.

The hotel was clean, rooms were well kept. Courteousness filled service. Very good parking! nice connectivity to the city! challenges: 1. Shower in the room was not fully functional. It was flowing like a tap without pressure. 2. When we ordered manchow soup we got a sweet corn soup with fried noodles topping! they need to manage the expectations better.

Amenities not good and food not good. Not worth for money. Shower tap was broken Coffee power was not good. Not worth for money.

The property is near Amma temple, clean , well maintained with parking. Food delivery is available.
