Sri Sai Residency | Rooms in a Homestay

Location: since this property is located at the heart of the city, most places are easily accessible. There's also a hospital right next to the property for emergencies. Food: we were provided with homemade breakfast which was healthy and tasty. Services: the property was clean and well-maintained. Taxi services were provided to us for a reasonable price. The taxi driver was very sweet and patient which made the whole journey more memorable. Host: our trip wouldn't have been half as amazing if it wasn't for the host. He was so kind and helpful that he made the stay feel like home. He helped us out with everything. Ooty is an unforgettable place, but we still remember the kindness of the host the most.

At first sight, I wasn't very impressed with the Homestay Sri Sai Residency | Rooms in a Homestay. But Mr. Ramdas (manager or owner) is a very decent and helpful person. He took care of everything we've asked for quickly enough. I had asked Mr. Ramdas for two things I wasn't very okay with 1. There were some stains on the wall. I asked to repaint them. 2. Have a power backup, at least inverter to power lights and small appliance. There was just one powercut for about an hour during my 24 hours stay. Overall, me and my family liked it and would love to visit again. Thank you, Mr. Ramdas, to make our stay wonderful.

I stayed in this property with my family for 2 nights 26 & 27 December 2023. we booked 2 rooms and given a 2 BHK apartment.1) good location, all sites are bus stand are close.2) Caretaker Mr Ramdas is very helpful and friendly. 3)This is a good budget homestay. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and hygienic.The management should do some necessary maintenance and renovation to make this better. 1) the exhaust fan in one of the bathroom not working, despite reporting it wasn't repaired.2) one small computer monitor was used as TV in one of the rooms. 😀

The owner is very humble and kind. I reached early and was given space to store my luggage and freshen up for early sightseeing. He took care of our luggage and shifted them. He also gave us space to spend time and keep luggage after the check out timing till our next travel. The rooms were clean and hygienic. The food here is also very tasty. The view is good from terrace but not from the balcony because of new buildings getting constructed. The wifi signal did not reach to our room but the mobile network catches 5g here so compensated.

I would like thunk mr. Prajit sir who is very humble and kind person. Sir i really appreciate and thankful for your kind hospitality and care u given to our needs, a good complementary food and travel transportation package is reasonably good compared to others and the rooms are clean and tidy. Sir thunk u for pickup and drop up to the bus stand. I would definitely suggest everyone to choose sri sai redency and next time surely i stay in sri sai redency. Thnk u sir.

After a lots of research i managed to find a home stay. There are lots of users review which helped me getting the property. It was really a nice and wonderful stay at the property. Especially the breakfast was so delicious and home made we enjoyed a lot. Location also was good, near to the market. We taken the balcony view room on 1st floor, which case good view of the city from balcony. And paid more then the rooms in ground and basement.

We had a very pleasant experience at sri sai residency. The caretaker mr. Ramdas was very cordial and helpful. The home made breakfast was delicious. The rooms and bathroom were neat and clean. Hot water geyser working 24 hr. Staff and other services excellent. There is also a proper kitchen with gas stove and utensils to cook food or make tea coffee or maggi noodles. I would highly recommend this homestay to everybody coming to ooty.

Lovely homestay with super approachable caretakers. Both the bus stand and the market are at a reasonably walkable distance. The room had 24/7 hot water. The breakfast while limited in variety was quite fulfilling. Ramdas really helped with planning our outing and the cab booking. Recommended if it fits in your budget and you are okay booking a homestay instead of a Sri Sai Residency | Rooms in a Homestay.

The location is really great as you get access to the city and still not in the busy streets. The food there is just awesome and along-with that you get a caretaker who is always ready to provide you with all the needs.

It was great journey there over all good experience

Mr ramdas is an attentive host, always reachable. I might have incurred slightly higher price because of surge during vacation time, but the quality of the rooms, services, breakfast, and overall experience was really good. As a feedback, the property's location on the map is showing wrong, and we were misled to a wrong location, before mr ramdas shared the correct location with us.

Manager was the modest even he helped us for making a trip plan. Breakfast is so good. Room cleanliness was ok ok.

Very nice, neat and clean, I recommend for the people who prefer budget Sri Sai Residency | Rooms in a Homestay.Hotel owner Mr Ramdas is extremely helpful , he will take care of you during your stay.He speaks fluent Hindi and English.He will provide you very delicious tasty complementary break fast.

Rooms are very good but small issues like washroom fan not working, door not opening properly. But compared to other places this is very good. Uncle provided very good breakfast as per our convinient time. Ramdas uncle very good person. Very helping nature.
