Room is clean and neat.. Bathroom also good..24 hours Hot water available.. Limited car parking..there is no restaurant available in this premises..it's near to ooty bus stand.. Swiggy and Zomato available for delivery of food.. The owner Mr.Ramadoss is very good support.

Very convenient for travelling with family..especially Mr Ramadoss and family took care of the guests very well and so courteous..they’re very friendly and polite..will try to stay again if possible..Only disadvantage is taking a bigger vehicle like force traveller would be issue..travelling by car would be highly recommended..

I found this property through make my trip app and I booked about 3 weeks ago.we called them when we reached there and they told the exact location to the driver who is also from coonoor.Food was so delicious,soft idly white chutney, shallots chutney and sambar which is very tasty.Apart from idly poori and curry.Tea was very tasty and enough. Had all amenities like hot water,soap,towel,shampoo,blanket which is very neat and tidy.Also a gas stove pan and cups with all ingredients for making tea. services was very good.Rooms very neat and tidy.Wash rooms were neat.we enjoyed well.

We stay two days with my family on my birthday and never felt we are staying in outside. It’s a homely environment with good support of Ramdas. He arranged the cabs for siteseing places. We can reheat the food and can prepare tea and coffee. It’s in a right location near to main bus top. Perfect place for family

I recently stayed at a sai residency homestay in ooty, and my experience was pleasant overall. The room was average in terms of comfort and amenities, but the owner's helpfulness made up for it. They were always available to assist and made us feel welcome. The highlight of the stay was the homemade south indian breakfast, which was delicious and added a homely touch to our mornings. While the room could have been better, the hospitality and food made the stay worthwhile. Overall, a good experience, and i would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and homely stay in ooty.
