This place is just okay. They don't provide anything except for the room, a bed and a chair. Rooms are small. Smelly. Regular cleaning is not done. I stayed there just because i had some exam. But i will not prefer this place.

Bad service and not good location and they cleaning the room for half an hour while i'm inside the room

Room was small, no ac, no geyser, no room service, in the whole 4 day stay not once the room sweeping was done. Just because the room was fine, had a clean washroom, i gave a 3. Otherwise overall y i would have rated 2 stars.
