Sri Venkatadri Comforts Homestay | Rooms & Caretaker

I booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip. It was very good. The location was very easy to get to. The employees who worked there were very well behaved. The room and bathroom were clean. But they mentioned a queen -size bed, but there was only a double bed.Otherwise, everything was very good for staying there. Also, since it is a central area for tourism, it is easy to get to everywhere, which is why it is a good choice for tourists to stay in this area. Thank you

good stay okay with family location is little bit inside but all things are accessible at that location providing hot water 24 hours it's good

There is no amenities like hotels, if you are finding a home stay go ahead. But don't expect facilities.

The hotel and room was good but in the night, there are no proper street lights. Even though the hotel was very near to ksrtc bus station, i would not recommend you to go out after 7pm if you are only girls visiting. The caretaker was okay as the only drawback is that every time we get back to room, he wasn’t available in the reception. Overall the homestay was good and neat.

Everything is good but need to some improvement required for customer breakfast. Breakfast is must for every home stay and hotels.

I find in makemytrip app and booked successfully which is opposite to the busstop so we can go easily by walk and staff response, room cleaning is very good totally amazing experience

The hotel was clean, and the bathroom was nice. There is no view from the hotel but that is fine we wanted a place to rest. The cost of the hotel was bit pricey but not that much. Overall good stay.

The most terrible experience ever in a hotel/homestay. There is no one to take care of any thing for the guests. Once you check in, there is no person to help you. Also, they advised us to return by 10:30pm or else the gate would be locked, but they locked the gate at 9:50 pm only. When i returned with my wife, we had to wait outside on the road for 35 mins. They were not responding to the door bell, not receiving our calls, no response anywhere. Pathetic experience! These guys did not let us in after 8am today. They forced us to check out at 8 am, whereas the check out time was 11am. Pathetic experience.

There is no single hook to put clothes & drying option of clothes

Venkatadri comforts homestay is not actually a homestay and it was located in the center of the city, just behind the ksrtc bus stand. That's why we chose to go there. The journey was all good but the room was smelly and not clean. I strongly suggest them to clean the rooms and do something to get rid of the smelly rooms. We could not tolerate the smell as soon as you entered the room. They do not provide complimentary breakfast. Otherwise, hospitality was good, room boy and the owner were both polite. This is our sincere feedback. Thank you.

Even though we booked in advance we didn't stay as the place was stinking

People finding hotel near bus stand, this is good option in budget. Basic room with hot water facility. Only negative thing is that the hotel does not have a proper main entrance, it is more like a building, and the road towards bus stand does not have proper street lights. Although it can be ignored considering it is a 2 minutes walk to bus stand.

Very ugly and unhygienic beds and rooms

We stayed here for 2 days. Person attending us was very nice and helpful. Property is located just backside of bus stand so if you want to travel by bus then you can stay here because no need to travel extra to catch bus. Couple of food places nearby. Hotel is very basic and don't expect much. Charges were very high as compared to the room quality.

The property is very near to madikeri bus stand, they do not provide food but you can order from nearby restaurants. Rooms are well maintained bedsheets and linens are clean, washroom is also clean.

The home-stay does not have a proper name board. It was at first difficult to locate. Also, the entrance to the building is very unhygienic and unclean. The bedsheets, room, and washrooms were not hygienic.

This is a hotel to be honest. Good rooms and washroom. Best thing i liked is politeness of host available there. Location also very near to bus stop, and in the market.

The room was having damp, and the bed/bedsheet having moisture and it didn't had natural lights.
