rooms were not neat, toilets are terrible,the pillow covers were old and stained I informed the front office and not changed ,lights in rooms are faulty ,land phone not working , food is ok but zero hygine with all things the property is over priced

Hotel was very old without maintenance and not worthy of amount paid for the stay. We checkout the room after having dinner on same day. Our check in time is 6:30 PM and checkout time is 9 PM. Getting very foul smell in rooms.

No support from staff regarding stay of additional 2 person in 2 room Also your customer care executive not supported

Worst hotel and maintained very badly. There was a power issue. Bathroom were super dirty. Flush was not working properly. Even the ceiling fan was broken. The whole night we were scared whether it will fall or not.

The food and breakfast in this hotel were very good. All the staff were very helpful. But on the first day, many insects were found in the room, which bothered us, especially the children. Hot water was not available in one of the rooms. The bathroom was not clean. There was a bad smell. If it is properly maintained and cleaned, it will be a great hotel.

Location of Sri Venkateshwara Residency, Coorg is very Natural. Food is very tasty.The quality of the food is very good.Staff is very professional.All the tourist spot are near to the property. So It's convenient to the Guest of the Property. We got hot & cold water both.The property has sufficient space for parking.

The property is in a very isolated area not in the market area . Connectivity is also a major concern

As mentioned, they provided the scenic view room. The breakfast buffet was nice. Staff are so helpful. Cleanliness can be improved a bit. Also, the driver facility can be cleaned and improved.

Very bad atmosphere and no guests were staying there when we arrived to check in , Rooms were ugly and we decided not to check in , when we asked for refund they denied, Any how I lost my money . This is the way this property making money , showing good photos and giving worst service , Very very bad experience for me .
