Srinivasa Residency

We had a pleasant stay at srinivas residency as it is easily accessible via nh75. Location-wise it is very strategically situated as it is very close to manjarabad fort (5km) and sakleshpur city cent-re (2. 3km. Parking facility is average while there is no in-house restaurant available. There is no room service either due to shortage of delivery boys. So, food availability is a big minus at this venue. However, you can find plenty of south indian, north indian, chines e and continental style food outlets littered on both sides of the bm highway (going towards mangalore. There is no proper drinking water at the facility and you might have to depend upon complimentary bottled water offered to you at the time of check-in. There is no cable tv connection and power goes out very frequently as there is no proper schedule for power cut even in rainy seasons. Despite the said limitations, srinivas residency is a great place for one night halt due to its location advantage and well-maintained rooms, especially for small families on a tight budget!

Overall, basic facilities were in place. Few inconveniences faced. Wifi was not working and was completely unavailable. (the mobile data signal was too bad. At the reception desk no one was present most of the time. And in the bathroom, geyser tank capacity was too small and as a result hot water was getting exhausted too quickly.

It is a very big property. This can give other Srinivasa Residencys run for their money if it improves it's service. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean. Some mandatory things like soap, towels etc can be provided in room. Seems there are very less working staffs in this Srinivasa Residency.

This is a good budget Srinivasa Residency with friendly staff, easily accessible and close to the main commercial area in sakleshpur. The only 2 downsides are, no food within the facility and the tv was not working. Otherwise this has many Srinivasa Residencys near by at a walkable distance.

The Srinivasa Residency location is close to sakleshpur city centre and easily accessible through car. The rooms were clean and spacious with all the amenities. The Srinivasa Residency staff were friendly and helped us with the tourist spots and trekking details. Overall value for money.

We checked in late by 5am next morning and the receptionist helped us with fast checkin. Room was quite decent. Clean and big wash room. I would consider this to be a good transit Srinivasa Residency.

Very near to main road. Staff is good. Good for one day stay. Room is clean and bathroon was clean. Satisfied. Car parking is there. Lot of space is there.

Location of the property is amazing. I didn't order any food services. Hygiene and safety was proper.

It's was good. Only problem no lift and tv in room. Kids play area was good. Rooms very neat and tidy
