1. Location is good 2. Hot water is available 2. Used and dirty blankets --- Even you can't sit 3. No drinking water, and others etc 4. The room is very small 5. The washroom is not yet all good 6. Overall can't stay and I won't recommend

stay was ok. bed sheets and pillow covers need to be changed after one customer checks out. this is not done. lot of hair, stains on the bed sheets little stinky odour.

kanipakkam is a small town and the location is excellent just opposite to temple. but the room is not kept clean. the room is stinky. the linens were soilly. unless we ask they have not provoided utilities. for double occupancy they provoided single towel and single soap with half litter mineral water. it is not worth the money.

No maintenance and the room is dirty, they didn't even clean. Bedsheets were used for long time and not changed. They changed the bedsheets after showing them that they are dirty. They simply say sorry for everything, very bad.

I booked sri padha restaurants rooms for one day stay for 3 adults and one kid . But that management took us to some room in another building, which has no ventilation, no tv, no internet, this facilities were shown while booking. Through out the staty we had bad smell inside the room. We are not happy with this stay.

Food is costly and not worth, room facilities are good

room was near and clean well maintained but they didn't provide any toiletries only towel was given.toilets were well maintained heat was there room and cot were big enough to hold family of 6 .

It's nice and very near to the temple and staff and their hospitality is so good such a way that they will guide us very good

Property is just opposite to the main temple. Tgey are not providing mineral water, toiletries, towels. For a one night stay to visit temple it's ok

Room is worst and not cleaned properly. On the top of bedsheets some marks are lying which is not washed properly and in the morning while bath the water is coming in black color with full dirt.

The room is not good, location is normal, amenities is not good, food like breakfast not provided and service not given. Inside the room there is a water tank from which water is coming out

Hotel receptionist tried to fool us by giving a poor ventilated and stinky room which shouldn’t cost us more than 500 they took 400 rs extra from us for another room which had no clean blankets and bedsheets we lost 1400 rs for a poor ventilated room and stinky washroom didn’t expect it. No wi-fi no car parking space they have listed these things as part of their services. Pathetic and unexpected experience

This is a very old building and pictures no way match to reality. Wash basin tap not working. Not a good ambience

The stay at this lodge was comfortable. Ventilation is not sufficient. Since it is situated in the temple premises devotees will feel okay. Food near that area is not at all good.

The property is located right in front of the famous kanipakam temple. This hotel can be best used for taking a shower getting a darshan in the temple and checking out. The rooms are pretty small and best used as mentioned ab
