Wonderful stay at Srivasa tranquility retreat...the food was delicious,,view was breathtaking, beautiful location...a v new experience for us,,,I definitely recommend this place,,had beautiful memories,,,will surely visit again

Had a great experience staying at this beautiful property.The owner and caretaker were very supportive .Food was preety delicious.All the facilities provided were upto the mark.Will surely plan again to visit this place .

Beautiful scenic location, greenery all around. The cottage was clean, spacious. Caretaker bhushan was very humble. The only drawback was the road to the property which is very steep so not easily accessible. However it's under construction so it may get better with time.

The stay at srivasa was good, view is nice from the treehouse, it's pleasant. But apart from this some food items were overpriced, blankets were not looking fresh, no ac, these were some things that needed improvements.

Wooden cottage and location was awesome . It’s value for money trip but it is suggested to travellers for carrying on vehicles and food for making a trip valuable. Hiring taxi and food charges is too much at this location.

Calm and serene property, about 10-15 minutes prior to mussoorie which ensures that you're away from the hustle and bustle of the hill station and gives you the real vibe of being in and around nature. The villa is well built and maintained and gives you stellar views of the valley and dehradun city at night. The in-house amenities are in good shape and condition. The staff is courteous and helpful. They cater to every need of yours and make sure that none of your calls go unanswered. (special shoutout to bharat, krishna and vicky who were at our service throughout the day and night) the food is delicious and homely. Do not expect a very extensive menu. But whatever they serve you tastes great. Overall a very apt place to stay if you are planning a holiday in mussoorie. They will ensure that you have a good time staying there.

Excellent property, very well maintained, excellent staff. Pet friendly. Food made in their kitchen is excellent.

What went well: the location was decent (6 km from mall road, the property was as per the pictures, the cook prepared good food and catered to our child's requirement of non-spicy food, the heater worked and the hot water worked. What could have been better: cleanliness, the approach road was so steep that the scooter refused to climb and eventually gave up, there are no eateries at walking distance and you'd have to go to mall road.

I see the person who was helping in checkin - checkout process was shouting at downside, the behaviour was not good. Checkout experience was worst.

The stay was really comfortable. The treehouse has an exceptional view. Hygiene was maintained. Amenities like room heater, hot water and induction were provided.

Location is good. But tree house room is very noisy as a road pass by also there was a construction work happening so very noisy.

Nice stay. It was a well maintained property with amazing views and good service. Food was ok too and the parking is bit of a concern but rest everything is amazing

Very poor management, they tried to convince that book the room offline with us so that your charges could be saved and we did so for extending our booking for the next day. The next day, they suddenly told us that we are sorry, a booking has come and u have to leave the property. Terrible experience living here

The stay is calm cool and comfortable, only that the water pressure was low, unable to use shower, anyhow bucket & mug did the job.

excellent location,the property & staff were wondeful..the treehouse is equipped with all basic amenities with breathtaking views..visited this place with my wife and was overwhelmed by the hospitality..truly a hidden gem!! 🎉🎊

The stay was wonderful and the view from the property is very beautiful. The freshly cooked food is yummy specially the soups and honey lemon tea. Thanks.

Very good view and owner has seriously thought the each and every thing about the cottages. Good place to spend on anniversaries as they have a good setup with excellent views. You will feel close to nature. One thing can be improved is hospitality and how the workers talk with guests, looks like they don't have experience in the same and delays in service (like they will say 20mins but will complete the service in 40mins. Overall, worth spending stay and sweet memories.

The overall experience was amazing. It is beautiful place for a couple with amazing views and well as great staff. The only recommendation would be improve on continental food in the menu. At the same time, the indian food was brilliant! the host is very welcoming. Do check out the date night setup!
