Small Rooms for this price,No organised staff and wrongly mentioned about the ratings on make my trip also and old construction so cockroaches babies everywhere taps are dirty pillows are dirty no work table very bad wifi we can Rs.1500 Max for this holtel

The hotel is not family friendly, the rooms are small and no phones for room service. For everything you have to run to reception. The aircondition is poorly maintained, it stopped working in the morning.

This hotel is not well maintained, outside it looks clean but there are lot of issues inside the rooms. I booked 3 deluxe rooms and in all rooms the air conditioners were working. Bathrooms are dirty and jet spray is very ugly and dirty

Often Electrical Fluctuations and Air Conditioner is not working no response from hotel management very uncomfortable

I my life i have never visited such pathetic hotel. There were literally no staff. After waiting for half an hr one cleaner came and he called manager. Manager guided him to give keys. Restaurant was not operational. Literally one one cleaner was there in entire hotel no one else. Tv was not working, there wasn't any phone, there is no lift. Every-time i had to get down for even water and then search for that cleaner. It was terrible.

Not response with booking. Cancel my booking with hotel person don’t book the hotel. Waste of time

Stay was comfortable. Maintenance of cleanliness was adequate. It will be more helpful for customers if slippers are kept for rest room usage and provided free of cost, instead of fixing an option to provide slippers at a cost of rs 100 as many customers will not be able to carry it when they vacate the room. Hospitality at reception needs to be improved. It will be more helpful for public if 24hrs cycle of check in - check out calculation is followed as per the actual check in time of the customer instead of the presently followed check in- check out system of 12 pm - 12pm.

The staff is courteous and responsive. The food options are good and reasonable. Breakfast buffet has limited spread, but good quality and fresh. The upkeep of the rooms can be much better. On the expensive side considering the room quality and lack of any amenities.

The room is decent, clean and has a comfortable bed. The room is a little small but sufficient for an overnight stay, but would not be apt for children for longer stays. The in house restaurant is phenomenal

Rooms were average. Bed was not comfortable. And it is not worth for money we spend. I suggest to modify the room size and other amenities.
