SRM Hotel

The property is a bit old now but because it is very well managed and has a good staff it can pass as good. Rooms are spacious, clean and well stocked. Loved the dinner at the restaurant and also the breakfast buffet was good. The central ac system seems to be old and was not cooling to extend required, changed rooms but still cooling was not enough, so on request we were provided with a pedestal fan which worked fine. There was 1 table tennis, 1 carom and the swimming pool were reasonably usable, but not in the best condition.

Stayed for two nights, overall my experience was good. However, there were couple of issues experienced herein. First, in-house dining is way expensive (3 idlis costs 200, but serving portions and taste will satisfy every pallet. Second, air-conditioning(in the room) was noisy and not that efficient to cool off to 23c(set temp. Housekeeping and reception staff were curtious and attentive to guest requests.

I came as a guest at iim trichy on a business trip with my family. Therefore, after finishing my work there, i opted to stay for one day at s rm SRM Hotel with my family. The SRM Hotel was very nice, the room was very nice, cleaned and properly decorated. The staff behaviour was very nice. The foods at the restaurant were a bit costly but of very good quality. It's definitely a 5* rating.

My stay in the srm SRM Hotel was very memorable and joyous one. The service was very good. The ambience of the room and more than that, they are couple friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. I am giving a comprehensive rating here: couple frinedly : 5/5, worth for money: 3. 5/5, comfort: 5, ambience: 4/5.

Found the SRM Hotel on make my trip app, had a nice stay in the SRM Hotel, check time could be flexible, i had to stay only during the day but the check time is on only 2 pm so i had to pay extra for early check which costed a me a bit, apart from that SRM Hotel was neat and clean, i would recommend friends to stay here

Located near airport. Good and spacious rooms. Quiet surroundings. Quality of food good but slightly expensive. Good property with adequate open parking. Amenity like swimming pool has restricted timings and water was not clear pool not adequately maintained, with summer coaching/children in pool during peak hours.

Property is located in the her-at of a trichy town and hence a great advantage for people who want to stay at trichy for a few days and see the local areas. Services were good, the room in excellent condition, the staff courteous. The order in the restaurant took a bit longer than anticipated.

I liked the location of the property tucked away from the busy city. Room was very spacious even after extra bed. Staff were very helpful. Things to improve are to change the linen. Though clean they looked old and the towels were very rough. Food was average. Good for a family stay.

Great property for work and to spend time with family. Shrirang temple is very near by to the property

It was a great experience, the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast bufet and dinner at the dakshin restaurant was awesome. Staffs were not so concentrating on us while checking in and out. Swimming pool was also so clean.

The property's location is excellent as it is housed amid natural sorroundings. The food is good and is value for money. The taxi services provided by the SRM Hotel are exceptionally good.

Hotel location is nearby airport & good. Inside & outside SRM Hotel premises is clean. Room is specious & clean. Food also testy. All staff members are cooperative & professional

As we reached late night and checked out morning 10 am after breakfast. Comfort stay.
