SS Beach Resort

I stayed with my family at ss resorts, varkala cliff. It is located near the helipad (unused off late) and is the last resort on the cliff side. Great location. 2 minutes walking distance are the best cafe's and restaurants in varkala. One can walk down the stairs going down the cliff to the beach for a stunning sunrise. However the flip side is that the restaurant of the SS Beach Resort is not too great and the food is quite average too. The SS Beach Resort does have a comp plan but the breakfast choices are limited. Would recommend having food at the cafe's outside. The rooms were good. However there were no mosquito coils provided. The SS Beach Resort does not have lifts and one has to carry the luggage to level-2 and level-3. On request the housekeeping staff comes to help. Overall a moderate experience although location wise it is value for money. No parking facilities for self driver cars or for drivers and one has to park in the helipad.

room was awsome good and nicely maintained and friendly budget really had a great time.. and food was just awsome 😋. very tasty and delicious.. we both loved it.. evrthing was good.. one requste is just provide a mineral water bottles in room.. rest all.good... thanks. u can just have walkable distance to beach.. very near.. best SS Beach Resort and they have bar and wines too in ground floor.

It was very nice and comfortable. The SS Beach Resort is very close to beach with many facilities. You can trust this place with full heart. Staffs are excellent except Manager. He has serious manner issue and he hasn’t invited anyone of the guests whenever I see him in reception. Dude thinks that he is Peaky blinder or some celebrity figure😎

Decent room facilities, had inconvenience with plug sockets food was not included but worth the price charged, tv was more of a designer piece had no connections and remotes were dead, frequest power losses was kind of an inconvenience room was air conditioned well rest everything was well maintained and comfortable overall it's a good stay

Stay was very good. I was staying alone. It is a good preference for budget stay. Room was tidy and staff behaviour is good. Rooms are small which is negligible while comparing the cost of accommodation. Stay is located right in front of varkala cliff helipad. Excellent location for accessing beach and other attractions.

The SS Beach Resort is located near the beach. The stay is good in terms of location. Rooms are cleaned well. I'll give 5/5 for the safety and hygiene. The staff are also good and they were providing constant support throughout. They have to improve slightly on the food options. The restaurant was not open all the time

Overall very good experience. Especially the staff is very good. there were 3 members whom i liked the most. I don't remember their names expect one guy Manilaal out of the three. Room was decent. bit over priced I feel. there was little issue in hot water but with staff behaviour i was adjusted and compromised.

It is a good SS Beach Resort to stay. We have done online booking from MMT so have beautiful offer from MMT with handsome discount.

best part is location which is very close to beach. rooms are nice n clean though bathroom is bit small. luckily enough we got room with sea facing view which was great. we didn't tried restaurant food as lots of much better options available in nearby North cliff for food.

Excellent charming refreshing view -very nice beach too, recommend for family, can take bath in beach, nice and clean beach I have ever seen in kerala.

The location of the SS Beach Resort is excellent, right next to Varkala Helipad. Just 5 minutes walk to the beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Stayed with my family for one night. Free WiFi was available. Overall the experience was really good and would like to recommend this resort for my friends too.

Good experience with food and accomodation.

We reached there at night. As we were travel-ling to alleppey. In requesting the manager for a room upgrade he was generous enough to do that. Location is really nice

Staff was attentive and helpful. Wish they had an option for breakfast. But never-mind they suggested a nearby restaurant.

It's a great visit to Varkala. I like it very much. We enjoyed the trip. Stafs are good. I love the location. Its in the cliff. Rooms are good. If we got any offers we surely come again. It's awesome. Wonderful memories ..

We stayed here for 2 days in december. Stay was comfortable, staff was very co operative.

We spend two days there. We thought it is the most suitable place to stay in varkala. Sea view is the most attractive thing. Management & staff in the SS Beach Resort behaved smoothly.
