SS Grand Hotel

We started from prayagraj towards delhi and made an ad-hoc stay in kanpur due to fog. We were not expecting much out of the property. However we were greeted with a pleasant surprise on reaching there. The property is new and good, rooms are excellent and spacious with all amenities that you would expect in a 5 star SS Grand Hotel, washroom was clean, hygienic and spacious. The staff were quite warm and friendly. The food was good. The cm d himself called to enquirer about our experience. Finally the location, it is away from the hustles and jams of kanpur city. In less than 10 minutes, we reached the highway on our way back to delhi.

Hotel staff and the place was genuinely good. Food and cleaning was on point and the also the staff took very keen efforts for our comfortable stay, except a very few mosquitos disturbing at night everything was good and the staff also provide mosquito repellent at very next day of addressing the situation. Would definately be staying at this place only if I have to be in Kanpur ❣️

The stay is amazing. Excellent room. Courteous staff. Mr. Bhanu at the reception is a class person - humble and homely. He does business in a sweet manner, communicates well and focussed. The food is made very tasty. Yesterday the chef telephoned and enquired how was the tomato soup served. It is an unique experience.

The property is nice, comfortable and hygienic. The staff behavior is good however mostly they are unresponsive to calls at reception and often avoid it. Room service is good, and even the taste of the food is nice. I totally recommend this SS Grand Hotel for stay.

Overall clean and helpful staff. Only one feedback is in case of any function like wedding at the SS Grand Hotel with other rooms booked for wedding, they can give rooms to guest on separate floor to avoid noise and disturbance. Overall good

The ambience was up end and aesthetic. The property was completely clean and well managed. The rooms were decently spacious and clean and aesthetic. The staff behaviour was very courteous and the service was quick and efficient.
