Location very easy on highway. No food as they are not having kitchen and no nearby good place for food. Room size small but neat and clean. Polycover on mattress, so not comfortable while sleeping. Washroom seat jet not working properly.

2 - bad no drinking water, only chargeable bisleri is available, in gangaji proximity area. Pillows and blankets are dirty and old. They are in very bad condition. Water flow noise continuously in rooms. No towels are in the room, and get only one after asking in a double occupancy room.

Sorry that you faced inconvenience while staying at our property. We provide both RO water and mineral water here. RO water is available free of charge upon customer request, while mineral water is chargeable. Regarding the water flow noise issue, we will try to resolve it. During this Kumbh period, in the last 15-20 days, we have lost approximately 10 towels, as some customers tend to take them. We are working on improving this as well. We hope to resolve these issues soon.
