Unsound knowledge of hospitality, untrained staff does not have sense of house keeping, you need to request for each and every services, nothing proactively provided or ready before guest checked in.

We paid 2400 for a nights stay. Ideally, for the kind of hotel it was, it shouldn't have been more than 500. It was like a 3rd class lodge we see around railway stations. Makemytrip should have a check before listing such hotels on their platform.

room is not clean. too much stains on the bed blankets bathroom is very dirty. room provided by them too poor quality. behind the bed and room through packet of paan mashalas. i just ask hot water not provided them. very poor service i got in my life.

Hygienic place staff are mentioning social distance small room but clean very well. Awesome food from ss rastra.

Food was good. Location is okay. But no sanitization, kitchen and food serving staff don't wear gloves or masks. No sanitization of rooms or hotel at all.
We had a terrible stay at ss hotel. When we reached the hotel, we were told that the hotel is closed even though we had a pre paid booking. We had to wait for sometime and only then we were given a room which, by the looks of it, was neither cleaned properly nor was sanitized. During our 2 day stay i did not see any sanitization happening at any part of the hotel. None of the staff were wearing masks. Even after we pointed out still no one bothered to wear masks. Staff in the kitchen and those near food counters also did not wear any mask. There was no hand sanitizers in view. Rooms were also not sanitized. It seemed that corona exists only outside the hotel. Very unclean rooms.
