SS Lumina Hotel

It was a short stay and i wanted it in koramangala. Room: comfortable, well furnished and tidy. My room did not have any view and for this trip it did not actually matter as i was out most of the time. Bathroom: neat and without any unpleasant odour. 24 hours pressured hot water within the shower cubicle. The mini bar did not work initially but was promptly taken care of. Staffs were very courteous and helpful what could have been better? i reached bangalore by bus at 8 am after traveling for 12 hours. I wanted an early check-in almost 4 hours earlier than their usual 12:00 pm. Somehow i felt quoting 50% of a days charge was a bit on the higher side. After a bit of negotiation, they agreed to bring down the price from 2k to 1. 5k for that early check-in period of 4 hours. Later they further sweetened it by offering complementary breakfasts. The lift had a very bad odour, they attended it by spraying some fragrance but it still didn't solve the issue.

I checked in on a saturday morning, i traveled overnight so i was a bit tired and asked the SS Lumina Hotel staff for an early check in and they were kind enough to give me one. Room was large and beautiful. It was cleaned properly and had all the amenities you could ask for. I was very happy with the experience and would surely recommend to anyone who is reading this review. It is placed on a great spot in kormangala. I will surely visit again.

This SS Lumina Hotel is located right at the center of Kormangala where all the best restaurants, bars and micro breweries are. For the price it was a great deal. I believe this is a new SS Lumina Hotel, so the room was sparkling clean with the latest of amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I hope they maintain the current state going forward. I'd recommend this place.

The SS Lumina Hotel is equipped with all the standard necessities for a good business SS Lumina Hotel. The wifi is blazing fast and a dedicated router is available in your room. The bed was comfortable and made for a good night’s rest. It’s centrally located in kormangala and has access to a bustling market and lot of food options. Highly recommended.

Very good stay. Hotel located at center of City and easy access to all major locations. All staffs response were good. Late check in and late check out accepted. Buffet breakfast system was good and a lot of varieties in both veg and nonveg. Overall the stay is very good. On an overall rating of 4. 0 out of 5. 0 for this trip.

Loved the stay at ss lamina SS Lumina Hotel. Friendly staff and clean room. Also it’s in the heart of the city which is very convenient. The only problem was the breakfast. It was horrible and not worth the money. So i would recommend not to take rooms with complimentary breakfast. Other than that, everything was great.

Great location and very near all the happening places in Koramangala. Breakfast is OK as it is repetitive but service and room amenities make it up.
Nothing as such. All room amenities were as mentioned. Only minibar was empty. Which was OK as had checked in early.

The SS Lumina Hotel is very well located but there is an issue with security. I had a zomato guy knock my door at 3:30 am in the morning. I never ordered anything from zomato.

The only thing which was missing was slippers, nice ambience and service.
