Ss luxury stay said it had no rooms and thus told to move to a nearby stay, which was absolutely shabby and we had to leave without staying there. It would be great if you could kindly arrange for a refund as it was a pure booked venue

Flush not working hand shower not working cupboards drawer not working, doors not closing properly. A huge room with a bath tub is good
