SScoconest Luxury Service Apartments

We stayed on 18 nova at ss cocoonest. It is a luxurious servicr apt which is extremely well maintained with courteous and helpful staff and very reasonably priced. They also have suite room with jacuzzi for which you have to contact them personally. Location is 3 kms from center of city(ig road) but in a peaceful and quiet area. Beautiful view from terrace of the hills. Definitely recommend this property if you are travel-ling with family including kids or friends group or solo. Breakfast was good. They dont have a full fledged restaurant yet but the owner mentioned they will be opening one in a month. You can order from food delivery apps or you can use the well equipped kitchen in each suite to cook own meals.

The place is clean and very well maintained. The room in which i stayed, had an attached terrace. However, the furniture in the room, is not good enough, if one wants to work, as there is no table and chair. Breakfast was ok. The place is away from the city, and difficult to hail a cab or auto rickshaw, though coco-nest people arrange for auto rickshaw, though these autos charge you 50% more. Swiggy and zonato deliver food with 30 to 45 minutes. Overall i shall still give a 4.

We stayed for 3 nights in sscoconest luxury apartments and the apartment is very aesthetically designed and equipped with all the amenities you would expect. All furniture, bathrooms kitchen dining are sparkling clean and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Breakfast buffet options are limited and repetitive. They can increase options and alternate between them. Like they can add dosa, poori, pratha and fresh juices.

Cozy serviced apartments with sir conditioning in a tranquil location. The property has excellent amenities like cookware, iron stand, an induction cooktop. There's no restaurant but swiggy and zomato function till 10 pm. If you can cook, then it's best to carry some raw materials with you while traveling. Accessibility might be a challenge without personal vehicle

In total the stay was very good, with generous staff, the property location was very peaceful, good breakfast, and neat and clean rooms, it was a very good experience. Moreover the flats very actually quite luxurious and spacious.

Flat was great, looks more like a 3* SScoconest Luxury Service Apartments and the property staff was great. Owner too visited the property and has a nice gesture of receiving the guest. Overall it was a great experience.

The place was hygienic and well maintained. Location is apt with easy access to city, markets and sight seeing. It is worth visiting and highly recommended. Breakfast was good but juices and cornflakes were missing.

It's an real awesome comfort stay experience. We loved it the way we where treated with hospitality, amenities.

Never imagined i would stay in such a pretty and luxurious property. I would highly recommend this stay if you are traveling especially with your family.

We were not allowed to use the amenities as described while booking the room. The terrace where the jacuzzi was kept. Was locked and we could barely enjoy the amazing weather. Location was good. Food was average.

Everything is good, excluding fooding part as they need to start a restaurants for food rooms are clean qnd service is good.

Very well maintained property. Value for money. Far better than costly resorts. They provided kitchen, utensils, two bed room, hall

Nice place, especially neat and clean. Staying at this place gives you an opportunity to explore city which is also very beautiful. The staff is very good and maintaining the property well.
