room was good, hotel staff were very cooperative. overall very good experience staying here. i will recomend others to stay also

No proper room service available, tv dth was not working, reception service was not good. Location was average

Door of Bathroom Was not good. BED was also not cleaned it seem room used before when just I entered saw hairs here and there.

The service was really awesome provided by the hotel. Hotel staffs are coordinating and supporting.

I paid over 3k and they took extra 500 for before 1 hour check in. but not satisfied with this property not worthy

Good stay with spacious rooms and dedicated staff. As it's located in prime location, easy to commute.

Room was ok. But basic facilities were not there like dental bath kit, even didn't have an intercom facility in the room we stayed. So for each n every small thing we had to go down to reception counter. Service was not prompt also house keeping staff was not well trained. Another thing is reg hotels restaurant. Taste of food was ok. Restaurant had a very very few options (2-3 only. For lunch and dinner. Also they were only 2 people one shef and other helper. And there was rush in hotel. So found very difficult to get meal on time. Also timing of restaurant was not convenient manager was rude too.

No soap and shampoo in the room, bedsheets were dirty and smelling, no proper service, not recommended in make my trip, i have wasted money by booking

Need to be more professional in their approach - both the stay and the food activities. Location seems to be ok

Initially they assigned a room for me. In this room I am unable to use the bath shower and the TV system. Made a compliant get a feedback to compromise those. Since I haven't agreed they changed my room. The new room assigned to me also not good which I came to know on the next day. When i am making myself ready, my soap was missed in the room. After some time witnessed that the soap there on the sofa which was eaten by the rat 😖

Good staff polite behaviour, it’s near to bhel and easily transport is available, we can get food through leading apps like zomato, swiggy etc

Everything is good right from the behaviour at the reception people and the cleanliness of the room. Hope they provide some complimentary breakfast

Nice clean hotel with nice food. On main road so easy to find. Lift is available to get to the hotel. It is at 3 and 4 floors.

Hotel ssr have good, clean and specious rooms. Attached to road, good transport accessibility. You can swiggi good quality of food. For tp faction factory at ground and 1st level.

It's good location and nice stay. Recommended for economic stay as compared to other facilities nearby.
