Bed was too hard and due to crud one pillow we didn't get it. No proper ventilation also

The hotel staff is very humble and helpful, as i came at 2 in the morning i was unable to get rooms in another hotel but thankfully i got in this the manager agrees to provide the room. This is very nice for an outsider.

Ladies can’t stay and we booked 2 standard ac rooms and not clean. We checked 5 rooms all r with cigarette holes in bed. Not maintained well plus down smoking area is thr for near by tea shop. That will directly connected to your rooms and u can’t even breath. Plus if u see that shop u won’t eat. Very bad experience

No towels, we booked a room for 3 but were given a room with one bed and no extra bed. Mosquito problem. Doesn’t serve the customer at all
