My St Lauren stay was good . Cleanliness of the studio room where I stayed needs improvement. Other facilities right from hotel shuttle service , hotel Ambience , serenity , warmth and welcoming nature of the staffs right from reception , restaurant and house keeping boys everyone had best of their behaviour and so helpful . Breakfast buffet had good quality and varieties 👍 I have to mention here particularly about the restaurant Anand in st Lauren food is extremely delicious, fresh and great quality staffs were excellent 👌👍👌🥰 . I would recommend my friends and family this hotel . Whenever I get to visit Shirdi I will continue to stay in there .

It was horrible experience. Firstly reached the hotel around 7pm. V were not given welcome drink. Then receptionist told 1 boy to show them the room surprise was that he left at lift n said ur room is at 4 floor. Secondly they gave the room which was not opened before as the a/c was giving noise, there was no latch to windows. N room was so small that there was no place to put mattresses or extra bed as V were 3 persons. On that the reception told to pay 1000 n upgrade the room n was allocated different room . After a hour a/c of the room stoped n after half n hour the on as it was off from up. The payment receipt was also not given. Morning V went for breakfast they were saying mkt guest which was sounding like V did the mistake.
