Staayz Premium Hotel & Studio Apartments

I knew i would be late to reach new delhi airport and so i wanted a Staayz Premium Hotel & Studio Apartments that would be ready to receive me and even serve me food but yet be well within my budget. Staayz was just that. I had book it earlier and had requested my food to be kept in the room if i got late beyond midnight. I was a little apprehensive as i had not read many kind words about the receptionist of the Staayz Premium Hotel & Studio Apartments. However to my other pleasure the young man at the front office was ready to receive me at 1 o'clock in the night and told me that my dinner was waiting in the room. The room was simple/basic but comfortable. It was generally clean, but perhaps the recent squall had sprayed some fine dust through the windows. That was the only negative, if i had to point out. There was even a small pantry annexe with a little fridge, which i was not expecting in this budget. On the whole, value for money!

Responsive staff. They took care of all that is needed. Don't expect any courteous smiles or over the board nicety. No housekeeping done over 4 days stay. I didn't bother to ask either. Maybe they would have obliged if i did. The taps ran dry early in the mornings and a phone call at 4 am took care of it though the water turned out to be muddy. This is pretty common in some areas but didn't expect in a Staayz Premium Hotel & Studio Apartments. Location is in a residential area and not many options for food in the walking distance but plenty of them available at a short drive by auto. If you just need a decent place to wash, sleep and move on, this is a good one.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Staayz Premium Hotel & Studio Apartments. Everything about the Staayz Premium Hotel & Studio Apartments was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

hi, i want to give 5 out of 5 to this stay. i loved the smooth check in and check out as well. also, room was the same as shown in the pictures. only one suggestion, they send messages on the other guest as well. that's i found bit weird. i booked and provided everything and my details are already shared with you then why they need second guest mobile number? otherwise everything was very smooth. thanks to the staayz.. not really, my suggestions are already in last message. remaining things were up to mark. i loved that. ❤️

Hotel is simple and good. But during the booking I prefer early check-in as we are reaching early and when we go to Staayz Premium Hotel & Studio Apartments at the day we booked we have to wait for 2:30 hours to go to our assign room. No benefit of preferring early check in Staayz Premium Hotel & Studio Apartments as staff is unable to give us Staayz Premium Hotel & Studio Apartments prior to check-in time. It takes 2:30 hours to clean the room. I am little disappointed ☹️

Had a great stay at stays premium, the staff was considerate of our needs, cleanliness is well maintained at the property. The food is good. Though outside food is not allowed there is a small pantry attached to the rooms and the property is at walking distance from main market, so food is not a problem. Overall had a great stay. Only suggestion is that they should maintain the quality of bed spreads and comforters provided. Thts it for now

From the lobby to my room, everything was neat and tidy. The rooms and washroom were clean. The presence of a kitchen and mini fridge in the room was a fantastic addition that made my stay even more comfortable. Location is near cyber cub and ambience mall and rooms and washroom were neat and clean. Rooms were large enough as well with ac working properly

Rooms are good. Doors get stuck. They do respond quickly. Food ordering is expensive. Overall good for the low price.
