Property is about 20 km away from the Munnar town and not even on the main road. The room offered to us was small, dingy, and suffocating with a smelly bathroom. Staff was courteous and professional. Restaurant food was good.

I have booked a premium AC room but they allotted us deluxe rooms which did not have the amenities which were described at the booking time along with that the room was too tiny, I had a argument with the reception then only they allotted us other room but still there were not continuing switching off the power supply after calling reception then they switched on it was a ridiculous experience , although food was superb but stay was not happy

Hotel ambience was very nice. Food was good. however there was one issue we got the room near reception and retaurent hence all night voices are coming but that was not a big issue other things are very good at hotel. we enjoyed fire camp.
