Excellent service

I would rate the hotel 2 Please be aware of few things before you proceed with this property. 1. Very poor approach road. 2. ⁠property does not have a parking, you will have to park your vehicle on a muddy trail and then trek to the property. 3. ⁠no reception 4. ⁠no service 5. Water issues 6. ⁠sewage smell 7. ⁠rooms are attractive but service is poor, it can be good if you’re looking for adventure or hiking 8. ⁠best to go by cab and not by your own vehicle 9. ⁠glasses and cups are not clean please take your own crockery. 10. ⁠please refrain if you’re looking for luxury or comfort.

The property was nice and very beautiful as well as clean. Really loved the service and enjoyed the view. Just the restaurant was very hot most of the time and so we werent able to enjoy our food there.

Good customer service, food was great

We arrived at around 7 PM. There is no proper road that leads to the property, so the driver had to drop us off early. They should have a driver's room too, but they didn't so our driver had to go back downhill and find a place on his own. In about an hour, the water supply got cut off. Unfortunately, my husband's health wasn't good and we needed to warm some water. There was neither using nor drinking water available on the premises. We needed a few medicines in the morning but the people refused to get it for us. The water supply was restored post 9 on the next day and that's when we got a bottle of drinking water. We left the place first thing in the morning and booked a new hotel. Unavailability of using water is still understandable, but the unwillingness to help to get meds and inability to provide drinking water for the entire night shows the extent to which their service was inefficient. Also, there is no fireplace in any rooms they have. that's an incorrect description

Great service, manoj was very helpful in making sure we were comfortable in our dome. The dome itself probably needs some more insulation to be done for more heat, coz it gets very cold at times. Food served in the domes was also average.

Passage is very bad, not recommended for old people and even rooms are not good as we expected. Service is also bad

No proper facilities, water pipes damaged, no heater facility, many items listed in the menu are not available.

the experience was magical, the domes are of decent size and views are breathtaking. we stayed at indrahar and had a great time. the food was super tasty specially dal makhni and jeera aloo. the staff was polite and responsive. the only drawbacks were that you have to travel about 5km uphill then walk for 2min on rocky road to reach the property hence not recommended for senior citizens. better to have your own vehicle. another issue was there is no heater inside the room so room is quite cold in winters. you only get bed heaters. also due to bio toilets below the rooms there is smell after you flush…the property is quiet new so some improvements are required , still overall was a memorable stay

Our stay at the Stardome hotel was amazing. The view is beautiful and staying in the domes was a great experience. The staff, especially Manoj bhaiya helped us out a lot and was promptly attending to all our needs. He made our stay there wonderful. A huge shout out to him. Definitely will be booking and staying again.
