Review: one of the good homestay, if you want to be relax, stay in tea garden, away from crowd, but if you want to explore some food joint that also not so far to discover.

Good stay in tea garden. Owner is very nice person and very helpful. Location is bit odd however owner can arrange food if you inform him in advance. Else don't forget to take your food before you search hotel. Facility wise you should not expect much since its budget hotel. Owner is helpful so you can approach him in case of any difficulty.

The location was good and the staffs were very co-operative. The property was neat and clean. Apart from the food property have good facilities to provide. I would like to recommend this property to others.

The place is very peaceful and beautiful. Its 11 kms away from town and makes the best holiday destination. Rooms are beautiful with wide windows to enjoy nature, tea estate, even the moon and stars at night. Host is very friendly and helpful. The food prepared by them is super delicious and its homemade. Prices are very reasonable. If I am visiting Munnar, again will stay here only.

Stay is a little away from Munnar. It's from Chitrapuram. Photogenic location, beside a tea garden. If you are looking for nature, nothing like that. Any time hot water available. Tea at any time you demand. The room was clean, nicely maintained. Mr. Pradesh is a very helpful, honest, genuine gentleman. Nice food provided at a well reasonable cost. Homely atmosphere. Feels sad when depart. Five in five.

First of all, this is a homestay with the owner and family living in the ground floor. They treat you great and won't disturb you for anything. Stay was pleasant. The owner is a real gentleman who responded positive to all our needs. They serve delicious homely food in your room if opted for and the cost is Rock bottom too. Mind you, other resorts in similar areas charge you 3-4X rate and you don't even get the freedom to move around. Here, it is just you, your 2 rooms and the tea plantations. For all your needs, there caretaker is available too. Please don't expect 5 star facilities though. If you can be satisfied with clean basic rooms and want to enjoy the nature and nothing else, you got the answer here. Suggestions for improvement 1. Location in Google maps is incorrect. 2. Can be more professional. For example, make everything ready when the guests arrive instead of supplying on need. We got blankets (short length), soap, towel, extra bed all when we asked for within no time. It would be good if all are arranged beforehand. Still, I would rate it 5/5. It was excellent and we will return again for another stay. Kudos.
