food was gud and staff is amazing ...the mantra was ATITHI DEVO BHAVA.....i liked the property ....well connected

No drinking water, for away from temple, not cleaned room, not cleaned bedsheets, service is very poor, totally very bad experience, will not recomond for any body

Hotel bill issue was there and not provided bill.

Comfortable stay due to hygiene and cleanliness, hotel staff is very humble and friendly, food also good

Hotel was of very low standard as compared to the tarrif.

Even after rush in the hotel, they managed to host really well. Sometimes they were irritating as they knocked the door multiple times asking do we need anything or not.

Bad service, food quality is very poor, even they served spoiled food. Worst experience ever. Never recommend to anyone.

It is about 4-5 km from varanasi junction station. Place is ok. Not very good. Food we did not ordered so don't know good quality and taste. Staff was good.

If you want a budget staying option, then this hotel is quite a good option. Only the location was the constraint.

No parking place was there. The hotel is very stinky. Food quality was the worst. Not recommended to anyone for staying. The mattress is not good for resting. Will never ever come back to nirvana again.

The washroom was not clean, overrated for the room type, were not supplying complementary water. Room service was not good.

Overall it was a good experience. Hotel staff behaviour is very good. I liked the stay here, i think they only need to do some basic changes like bed which was too soft and bathroom cleanliness. Rest food, hotel location, staff behaviour was totally good.

Requested for before checking they denied in rude way saying we can’t help out for that i have to take another hotel and in varanasi on that day there is a big festival and because of that i m not getting hotel my suffering in road for rooms so make sure it will not happen to others

they don't have 24 hot water supply for bath, no buffet breakfast, restaurant at basement, dirty towels and linen, handles of doors and curtains of windows broken smelling toilets, no toiletries provided just a 1 rupee shampoo.

Room was good but their is leakage of ac water as it spread over the room

The room service was poor. The landline qas not operational. Bathroom essentials not provided unless asked for. And they even charged for water in the room

Unprofessional hotel staff room cleaning not upto the mark, in water tap water flow is as slow that bucket get hour to fill

Food quality is not good as per need so kindly maintain food quality staff is good in manner room cost is high as per available facility in the hotel
