Stay Leisurely Villa Amour 5BHK Pawna Lake Lonavala

villa is excellent. one of the best in lonavala. location is also very good. roads are bad though. kitchen facilities are not provided by villa. they also provide turf for cricket. we had a great time.

The property is extremely well maintained , the staff is co operative . Our overall stay experience was very good. This is the 3rd time we have visited her and definately we will recommend this place to others

Property is good maintained and surreal peace there. Swimming pool is not maintained well enough many of us had itching after diving. Food quality is ok ok only home made is the good thing. Service of food too too slow even ordered tea n had to wait for an hour. The road to the property it’s not for every vehicle if you have at least sub compact SUV. Overall stay was good but not worth the premium price i paid. These guys need to keep cleanliness I found difficult there.

The villa is a good place to stay location wise but for most of the rooms ACs were not properly cooling and cellular network stays unavailable all the time and wifi barely reaches any other part of the villa other than entrance lobby, food and hospitality was good and access to turf, pool was available for fixed time. The only issue is to find and reach the villa as there is no road for almost ~3.5kms with complete off-roading so only go if you have an suv else won’t recommend. Overall a 3.8/5 experience.

Mm t must ensure that correct direction is provided to the traveler. Mm t shares the google. Map which is incorrect. The caretaker must proactively share the correct direction. Mm t should correct the location that is shared. That apart, try the simple, local cuisine which turns out to be delicious. Timings of the meals should be better maintainained - we had to wait for our tea, breakfast and lunch often times. This should be streamlined. The staff is very courteous. Cleanliness would be a 3 on 5.

Swimming pool was dirty and not maintained. insects and dead crab in pool. water surface not cleaned inspite of telling. broken lights with open wires susepticle to electeic current. broken access ladder of pool, which led to a major injury, resulting in major abrasion and 7stitches in thigh. food was never delivered on time inspite of telling the meal timings in advance. Tap water in all bathrooms, basin, was brown colour. (dirty).

The property is good, but it is not being maintained to the level. The food is strictly okay (definitelynot worth the money they charge, you have to be specific in your instructions or you will regret it. It is in a location which is not accessible easily by road
