We visited the Villa Portia as a group of friends and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The caretaker of the Villa was courteous and polite and helped us in every way possible. Another highlight of the Villa is that you can order for through Swiggy, Blinkit or Zomato. Hence, you have various options to order from different services. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The bedrooms are spacious and all the washrooms are clean and shiny. The terrace gives you a good view of the surrounding mountains. I highly recommend this Villa for family and friends alike.

The bluetooth speaker didn't work. It would run for 4 seconds and then off. Upon telling about it to them... They replaced the big speaker with a tiny speaker. Which was not even audible when needed. it wasn't even 30% of the capacity of the speakers that was already there and defective. The speaker they gave was nowhere close to the standards of a Villa. Upon telling to the people who take care of guests... Name Satish, Instead of apologising and replacing the speaker.... He instead says that "jidhar complaint karna hai Karo" and started to make himself feel superior by saying "Property to meri hai jo karna hai Karo kuch nahi hoga". He showed no interest of helping and instead was rude and disrespected me saying "apne kharab Kiya hoga". He's super arrogant. Terrible experience. Completely Ruined our Stay.

One of the Best Place Stayed So Far!

This property is exceptionally well-maintained, hygienic, and clean. The pool is great, and the hangout space is perfect for relaxing. Caretaker Navnath was helpful and friendly, making the stay even more comfortable. Plus, Zomato and Swiggy are available for food deliveries, which is a huge convenience. Definitely a 10/10 experience!
