The location is on point just on the road , rooms were clean and well maintained, the best thing about it was the staff members so humble, i never had such a good experience in staying in hotels were staffs are so good. I am planning to stay there again. Thank you ☺️

I did visit many times in hotels and many different locations, and finally I feel that your hotel stay villa royal staff behavior and room housekeeping is very good

pathetic room condition.... dirty cushions , broken wardrobe, dirty Towels and what not

I have good experience with that property. I arrived there through Google maps. One can visit there at once That location is very ease to find and I feel comfortable to stay there. I feel good for couples.

Furniture of hotel should be repair at earliest possible. Lock of balcony of not working, cupboard lock was broken, washroom lock was hardly working. Apart from this staff behavior was very good.

I recently enjoyed a delightful stay in a spacious and impeccably clean double-bed room. The comfort level was excellent, and the balcony provided a lovely touch, allowing for enjoyable morning sunlight. I was thoroughly impressed with my overall experience and would gladly choose this hotel again in the future.

The room was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. The dining options were exceptional – the food was delicious, fresh, and offered a variety of cuisines to cater to every palate.

The staff was friendly and the check in was also very smooth. The hotel also had no objections about night roaming or something like that and the view from the room is very good.

Value for money pricing for this hotel, totally worth it. Team was very supportive and helpful. Thanks for the service.

Shower was not ok also bucket was not clean

It was a nice stay. The receptionist was cooperating with us nicely. The rooms were clean and it was ventilated too. Which i liked the most. The food delivery from stay villa was nice we ordered breakfast from there and it was delivered on time.

Power backup is not available in this hotel. Room size is also small my experience is very bad in this hotel.

Not premium room what i paid for, washroom very tiny, shower above potty pot(pathetic) very noisy as located in front of main road

Good staff response and excellent service. We booked deluxe ac room with all the amenities included.

They provide room for freshen up as we reached early. Clean room. Wheather ac is not working properly as electricity cut off throughout the day. 7 km from ranchi railway station. Foods are delicious even veg items also. Recommended for families
