It was a good experience. The bathroom is big and clean. The only thing I didn't find good is the bedsheets were not clean. It had hair on them. Basically, it felt like the staff didn't change or wash the bedsheets, pillow and blanket cover. The attached balcony was a plus though.

The stay was not very satisfactory. 1. The room had no working phone. 2. Hotel staff did not respond properly during the stay. 3. There were no charging points for phone or laptop. 4. Food from the restaurant was good. 5. Parking was very inconvenient – once parked in the morning, it was impossible to take the car out later as other vehicles blocked the way. 6. At checkout, the staff who were unresponsive earlier kept calling me repeatedly (around 50 times) to check out, which was quite frustrating
