To start with, had to get my room changed thrice, moulds on the wall, powercut, AC not working, bed sheets were not clean, the chairs and swing outside were all covered in dust. The helper who came to help started arguing and was being sarcastically rude.

Good place the host is also very nice the facility and the view from appartment is also very good very easily check in and out

Room Infra was nice, but the services are pretty really unsatisfactory. its a service apartment without any service assistance. No caretaker / housekeeping to attend you for your needs. No kitchen Services, No restaurant in house, No room for breakfast lunch or dinner. You are left with no scope but to order food from Swiggy / Zomato only. No room Services. Crowd gentry too is unregulated, may be preferred by Young boys / gals looking for aloof places around.\

Very shady entrance to the place and even you have to park your car outside the society. A bit unsafe as balconies are connected with each other and I couldn't even lock the balcony door (Just hope there isn't a bunch of boys drinking and celebrating loud next door) while you are there. Lifts are very slow and you have to wait a bit in the shady silent corridor. Room was okayish and host was polite. Rest of the things do need work.

This is one of the best location in Noida . It is a different feeling when you are sitting on the 31st floor and can see the view of the entire city . A heavenly feeling in the night time . Host is amazing .

My stay here was a pleasant experience, with a comfortable room, friendly hosts and a convenient location. The room had all the services, it was clean, well maintained// it was very comfortable and the view was mind blowing. and most important hosts were very friendly and ready to help you whenever you ask. I would recommend it for all the future travelers.

washroom's drain was overflowing while bathing. No water bottles, no toiletries. The floor was dirty upon arrival and it's priced way too higher for a single day as per the studio's condition. The property is managed by third party housekeepers. The apartment I got shower wasn’t working, jet spray wasn’t working, AC remote and TV wasn’t working. You need to leave room by sharp 11, the housekeeper will come at even 10 reminding you to leave.

Amazing experience with my stay, very humble and corporative owner! Full marks for cleanliness and arrangements.

First of all the washroom was so dirty like very dirty and even induction was not working property Washroom

Stay at this place is superb , worth the money , apartment was clean and tidy and view was also fabulous from the 28 floor.
